These are great little storage containers. Picture a tic tac container scaled down slightly. That's basically what these are. They're a little bit shorter and quite a bit thinner width wise along the face. Decent enough quality for my purposes. My spouse does those diamond mosaic things, but not nearly enough to warrant longterm storage. I bought them to store seeds! If you search for seed storage you'll find many different arrays of tiny containers including some very similar to this. However they're all EXPENSIVE. The diamond mosaic market is pretty niche whereas gardening is ubiquitous. They can charge more because demand is higher for seed storage. These containers are priced very fairly though. I'm pleased with what I got.

Love this storage unit. ONE CAUTION the tops are not very secure and come off very easily, as shown in my photo, if dropped the cap will come off and you will have a mess. The compartment drawers make finding beads easy and the little collapsible funnel is very useful. Also like the tiny labels supplied. Again love it BUT caution if you are clumsy and drop the container you will be playing bead pick up! Especially awful if you drop 2 of them, sorting can make you frustrated.

I really love this storage container for my diamonds. It is sturdy, easy to carry, and stays closed until I open it. It's great to be able to see the colors of the diamonds from the outside of this container. I like it so much that I bought 2 of them - one for square diamonds and the other for round diamonds.

I just wanted a place for all the diamonds of my first art project could be other than the dozens of tiny plastic bags they came in. This case with 64 little boxes that remind me a lot of a name brand breath mint case were just the perfect size for the art work I was going to use. In fact, the four rows of 16 boxes was perfect for the four small projects I had. Larger size diamonds fit well through the top, but I did pull the big top off to get the diamonds in each time. The labels in the case are questionable, but stuck after I wrote on the label directly after applying to the top of the case. I used a traditional ball point pen to write the labels. If you have fine motor issues, you will need a label maker. I think that having the funnel would have been useful, but I was lucky I only had one issue with transferring the diamonds into the storage from the little bags. The little cases were great, but I noticed the bigger case had some latching issues. I would not trust the large case too much, but it holds the little cases and keeps a project together while I am working. Also, while setting up the diamonds into the case, the rows are not separated in the case, so in my case, using a row per project worked out, but when I am moving the middle little boxes around because I am filling my work tray, the other little boxes will slide or topple over and it takes more than one hand to organize the little cases back in the box again. Color is perfect because the little cases are entirely clear, you have a good idea of what color everything is before you put it down to match in your art piece. Overall, this is a great starter sorting kit for beginning diamond artist. Eventually a better system may be useful, but if you're just starting, this is where you need to not have dozens of little diamonds go missing while you are working.

These literally just came in and I'm on my way to Staples to return them. I didn't realize that they were miniscule. The quality of the actual containers seems okay. The storage box feels flimsy. The locking mechanism is weak and I can see them breaking after limited use. I wouldn't recommend these for diamond painting or anything else really.
