I purchased this back in January of this year to help with my diamond art. I like that you can choose the brightness level and the size allows to work on different size projects with some adjustment. However, after 2 or so months of use I noticed that the USB connection into the board was becoming loose, and at times, the light wouldn't turn on. I contacted ArtDot with the issue hoping to find a possible fix. In the end they sent me a new board which I am most grateful for. So giant thumbs up and 5 stars for their customer service. This kit is a nice set to have, especially for the price. It comes with a USB power cord, storage kit, 2 angle stands, 4 pens, 2 trays, 1 large tray, bags, label stickers, tweezer, wax, fix tool, clips, and the light board. The only issues I really had are that the light board came damaged at the corner where the power is and it gets extremely hot when using it for more than 10 minutes at a time. I received a post-sale message from the company and did reach out to them concerning this. They were quick in their communication and resolved the issue quickly concerning the damaged part, but did state it was normal for it to get hot - though I am not sure as it got hot enough to leave a temporary red mark on me, which is concerning for me. ... show more

This is super helpful it lights up the paper so you can see where to put the drills, it’s not too bright and has 3 settings came with the extra little containers and not too big that it gets in the way, def recommend!!

Love the bigger light board. Some of my diamond paintings are on the large size and this works. Comes with everything for a starter kit for diamond painting projects. Thin and lightweight, but sturdy. Excellent value for the price.

I know there are 40K reviews for this lightpad, but its not perfect. The electronics seem to have a quality issue. Seems hit or miss whether you get a good one or a bad one judging by the reviews. I guess I got a bad one. The light keeps turning off by itself sometimes even though its fully plugged in at both ends firmly. Sometimes the light flickers. I’m returning it for a new one so hopefully i will have better luck next time. Its a nice lightpad for the price. I do wish the cable were longer though. ... show more
