The tools in this kit are metal with rubber/plastic handles. The gloves are definately thin and cheap. The tools and bag, though, are sturdy (except the pruners, they are sharp but I don't ecpect them to last very long). The bag is insullated (not sure why) and has lots of pockets on the outside. Inner lining is plastic, the outer lining and pockets are a nylon weave material that is durable. I would have preferred a collar for a 5 gal bucket to this bag but the bag holds all the tools with plenty of room for whatever else. The tools are very useable for flower beds, pots, and small garden areas. Two spades, two forks (one straight one has fingers bent 90 degrees), a 90 degree angle knife, and a transplanter tool. This is a great gardening kit! The pink makes it really easy to tell when my husband swipes one of my tools and puts it away with his!

Every piece in this garden tool set is what I describe as medium to heavy duty, and that’s including the tool holder. They’re pretty durable and should last with normal occasional household use. However, the one exception is the pruning shears which is too small for my medium sized hands though I think it’s probably fine for anyone with small hands. Don’t expect a professional set, especially for this very low price, but I do recommend it to do basic work AND, the pink is a nice additional touch.

I was pleasantly surprised by this set. I couldn’t really tell from the pics if the pieces were substantial and as big as what you would get at a garden center or big box store but it turns out they are all quite a nice size and sturdy except for the clippers, they leave a little to be desired quality and size wise (and I wish they were pink too and not cream) and the biggest shovel is a bit on the thin side but not as chintzy as some I have had. The bag is great, sturdy and cute and useful and my set came with two sets of gloves! They aren’t super thick gloves but will be handy for sure. Overall I am very pleased with this garden tool set and will use the heck out of it. I would order it again and I also think it would make a great little Mother’s Day gift and even comes nicely boxed and ready for wrapping!

Was very impressed with the quality of the tools. All were heavy and the metal is thick so I'm sure not easily broken or bent. All the tools you could need for indoor/outdoor gardening. The pruner is not made to cut larger plants but will serve its purpose on smaller plants. The bag has plenty of room to store the tools and came with two sets of garden gloves and plenty of room to store additional gardening supplies like seeds, small pots or starter discs, etc. I really like it, very convenient to have my gardening supplies together and portable.

This is what i've been needing, I've purchased this and that for gardening but I always seem to lose this or that. With the color I don't think anyone else will be using it. I like the pink. Tools are easy to hold, the carry bag also is very hand!
