It was hard to tell how good or bad the they were. I never took them out of the box due to the damage seen on the exposed end of the box. They must be very brittle to all be chipped. UPS picked up the next day and we got our refund that day.

Came pretty damaged out of the box. and is breaking in places where peaces lock together.After its been installed for a couple of months would not use them product again.

ART3D is one of my favorite companies for acoustic panels and sound fidelity panels for studio work and entertainment centers and they always deliver top-tier quality. I got these 24" x 12" SPC floor tiles from them because I know their name for acoustic panels is excellent. But these floor tiles came with many of them cracked and I was very sad to find out that I wasn’t able to get a replacement. Which is why I’m giving it one star less. Because the packaging that they came in and the way it was delivered probably will get fixed in due time, but the box had barely any foam padding to protect the tiles during transport. So that might be an issue for others, if you’re unable to return or exchange it like I wasn’t able to. But 8 of the tiles were in perfect condition out of the 12 tiles, so if I would comment on the 8 tiles that are in perfect condition: they are beautiful - especially in the graphite color and are a great size to work with, and easy to cut. But again, I lost 4 tiles from the get-go on delivery 😢. But you may have absolutely a different and better result than me. This gets my Tried-and-True 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star Rating! I only give five star ratings to items that I use and exceed my expectations for quality, functionality, ease-of-use, premium appearance & looks, durability, ease of installation & time to build, good value for the price point, accuracy in size & fit - and when possible - sustainability, green certification, safety, & environmental considerations. I hope my review helped you gain some insight and I appreciate you taking the time to read it. Thank you!
