We purchased this in the 8 x 10 size for the living room in our cottage on the Allegheny River. I was looking for something neutral but with a rustic feel and this is perfect with our decor! Although it's washable, I'm sure it'll be too large for my washing machine but a laundromat would be an option. It is much softer than expected and appears to be much better quality with a short soft carpet pile vs those other stiff "loop" woven ones. I purchased 3 of these rugs in different patterns and colors a month ago since we have a new puppy who is potty training. Yesterday I washed the first one. It's a 5x7. It fit perfectly in my front load washer, washed in cold with my regular detergent. It also fit in my dryer. Dried on the low temp setting and it took about 2 hours. Used a fabric sheet. I was honestly surprised at how great this rug washed up. The stains were gone and the rug laid flat on the floor again, and smelled good. Bought these to stage my house I was selling but will be keeping them for the playroom at the new house. These are very soft and don’t slip on tile floor. Color is through two photos.
