    • quick and convenient mixing
Painting and finishing is my least favorite part of home projects. I've used one of the larger versions of these stirrers for a number of years and find it a real convenience, saving time and effort and doing a more thorough job when mixing settled solids. Over time, however, most of my constructions have become smaller and I'm using smaller cans of paints and stains. These paddles best fit quart cans and would be okay with pints if you're cautious. They will fit into a half-pint can but that doesn't mean you should use them for that size. You would have to have a very stable hand and be able to hold very steady pressure on a drill's variable speed trigger to avoid disaster. Overall, these mixers are solidly constructed, clean easily and make the job easier. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are great for mixing small batches. It fits in a gallon can of paint but doesn’t mix that much liquid at once. It worked great for my epoxy resin but not so well with the gallon of paint. It was also kinda hard to get the paint off the mixer. Don’t push down on the mixer as it’s mixing as the shaft will push through the front of the mixer. The cap that holds the shaft in place isn’t glued so it comes loose and lets the shaft move. It’s a descent product. I really like it for my epoxy projects and I would buy it again if ever needed. ... show more

These simple paddle type drill attachments are incredible easy to use and does a great job of mixing both resin and paint. I've used them for both resin and pain and can attest that they work very well and are very easy to clean. I highly recommend them!

They aren't quite as long as the usual mixer like this. They are for smaller cans. A little longer would have made them a little more versatile. But for the price they are ok.

So, you need to read all the print on things like this i learned. I have used small stirrers like these in the past for mixing epoxy but they have always been silicon which is easy to clean as when it hardens it just peels right off. These however are hard plastic Polypropylene. I re-read the text and in a lower paragraph is says "FAST & EASY CLEAN UP: As a resin mixer clean paddle with Acetone." If I had know that I wouldn't have bought them. I will keep them as I can use them easy enough for small paint mixing. The package came with the plastic basically almost all the way s off but it didn't affect the stirrers any so no harm there. ... show more

These are some great mini paint mixers. I used one to spin up some quarts of touch up paint in a rental, cleaning between colors. They are 1/4” hex but will need to be locked in a drill chuck, they won’t lock into an impact. The fins are flexible enough for mixing and the quality is comparable to any other paint mixer that I’ve bought online, at the hardware, or big box store in the past. They clean easy enough with warm water. The small size is good for quarts but would be a bit too short to reach the bottom of a full gallon. ... show more
