The material is so soft and much thicker than I expected. My 9yr old daughter loved wearing them, but I guess I missed the part about them being "boys" so the pants had the fly opening part and she was embarrassed to wear in front of others. However, I mainly bought as a skin-colored underclothes for a cold Halloween night under costume. She loves wearing them as pajamas since they are so soft and warm. This is a warm thermal set for boys. I didn’t notice it has a pee hole for the pants, so it’s definitely meant to be worn under other pants. We will have to save it for a snow trip as it doesn’t get that cold where we live to double up on pants.
