  • Great! Heavy duty. Good price.
Color: Eggshell Size: 12' x 20' x 7'
We have a summer home in AZ and in the winter, we have to close down for 5 months...We have lots of cold weather & snow. This carport will help keep snow off of our little fishing boat and will keep the hail off of our vehicle when we are here. My husband did most of the installation by himself with me helping to lift the roofing to him. ... show more

  • Horrible horrible horrible
Color: Eggshell Size: 12' x 20' x 7'
Easy to assemble because the longest piece of is only 4 foot. Leaks leaks leaks. Spend a little more money and get one that has full length frame pieces and metal.

  • Carport turned out good and working well so far
Color: Eggshell Size: 12' x 20' x 7'
I was hesitant to purchase such a heavy item online that I had no experience with. Carport turned out good and working well so far. No leaks. Sealed with silicon as panels installed. Installed by OG (Old Girl) with help of my son to position panels. Center panels were the hardest. I worked 2 hours a day after work on each row. Installation wasn't too hard, but a lot of drilling. At first I thought about returning because of all the drilling required. The drilling turned out to be my saving grace because it allows you to tweek the panel installation because my ground surface was not perfectly level. ... show more

  • Happy but Instructions are nothing but Pictures making assembly difficult
Color: Eggshell Size: 12' x 20' x 7'
Very Difficult to Assemble, lots of drilling, holes that do not line up. you will need a helper, tape measure, two tall ladders, a power drill with 5/16 nut driver for the 366 self tapping screws, 7/16 wrench for tie downs cable clamps, sledge hammer to drive ground anchors in, pry bar or screw driver to help align panels and parts and basic construction skills. I cannot see the average person putting this together as I am retired builder and found it very difficult to erect especially with the Picture Instructions. It is delivered Truck Freight and not to your door so you will need a truck or trailer to pick it up with and all the boxes are very heavy so you will need a helper too as truck driver will not help unload. Once assembled it will do what I need it for but it was a huge hassle and headache to assemble. ... show more

  • Roof sucks
Color: Charcoal Size: 12' x 24' x 7'
I'd give more stars if the roof was positioned so the snow would slid off! Should have paid more attention. If I noticed this huge flaw I wouldn't have purchased this. It's up now...3 days to assemble by 1 person. Self tapping screws are nice but would be much easier If pilot holes were already there. ... show more

  • Quite difficult to put together
Color: Eggshell Size: 12' x 24' x 7'
I have had almost the exact same issues as others who have commented. They just dropped the 700+ pounds of boxes off in my driveway. I had to rent a dolly to move each box to the back yard to put it together. Each box probably weights between 200 and 300 lbs. They are really heavy. The instructions are for a 12x20 structure even though I bought a 12x24. So after I got the frame put together based on the instructions I wondered why there were extra pieces. Then I realized the instructions were for the wrong carport and had to take some of the frame back apart and add in the extra pieces. The instructions are pictures only so there are many details you just have to guess about, such is how deep you need to pound the anchors down into the ground. The anchors have been nearly impossible to install. Apparently the ground here is hard or something. My son (he is mid 30s and works out so it quite strong) and I both beat on the rod with a sledge hammer to push the first anchor down close to 2 feet deep and it wore both of us out. That was just 1 anchor. There were 11 more. I borrowed a jackhammer from another guy who welded a piece to allow me to jackhammer the anchors down. That allowed me to get 5 more in about a foot to a foot and a half deep before I broke the bit. I've flattened the top of both rods that you use to pound the anchors down. Then once I do get the anchor down into the ground, I have to grab the rod with a plumbers pipe wrench and pound up on it with a small sledge hammer to get it back out of the ground. I don't know how people do this unless their ground is really soft. Then putting the panels on we got the very top layer done but when I started the second layer, everything didn't line up quite right because apparently we were just a smidgeon off on the top layer. I had to use a ratchet strap to pull the sides together a little bit to get the holes to line up on the tubes unless I wanted to take off the top layer and start all over again. I am still working on it but it's very frustrating to try to get this thing together. I've built huge pergola's and other structures on houses I've had in the past and this is by far harder than any of those. I almost wish I would have just built a pole barn structure instead as I think it would have been easier. ... show more

  • Collapsed under snow load, poorly made
Color: Eggshell Size: 12' x 20' x 7'
This made it a few winters for me, but don't believe the snow load rating. This is cheaply made materials, poor construction all around, and generally not strong. Mine is laying on the ground and took out everything I had under it. AVOID.
