My package arrived, in a box, the bottle was in a sealed bag and the closure had a durable safety band on it to be sure the top did not spring open. Well packaged. Some reviews noted the bottle opening as an issue. It seems Amazon has addressed it. The actual product worked well. Of course, if you have a black car you need to use a soft, black cloth when drying to ensure you do not get water stains. Leaving it to "air dry" will never work. ... show more

Great product. Just bummed that product leaked into plastic sealed bag holding it. Only a few ounces i guess nut I did not notice untill after I removed bottle and placed it on my living room carpet. PITA to clean. I removed cap and found seal was ruptured and leaking out thru cap. The package it arrived in was very damaged. Live and learn... I guess. ... show more

I have used this product before and never has it been this thin. When I first opened it the foil seal just come off with when I unscrewed the bottle. Usually removing the foil takes a little bit of effort. Needless to say I have almost used half the bottle for 3 washes as it does sud up at first but then loses all the suds very quickly. My thoughts are this product is diluted!! ... show more
