Compared to my timex expedition Womens watch, which is GREAT for small wrists…. This watch is very very cute and about the same size of my timex! I just wanted something with a timer and also one I could wear and get banged up and wouldn’t be making my nice poor timex go through heck. The instructions were actually pretty simple and I didn’t have any issues with them! It took a while to get my fingers to be quick with setting the time and then getting it set at the right time the clock changed but after a couple tries I got it in no time! I got the blue and rose gold one because it was the one on sale for $15 and it honestly looks light grey and rose gold in person which I think looks very nice! The light on this watch is very good but only lasts a few seconds then goes back to regular time which made it hard to get a good pic to post but so far this watch is nice,comfortable and also feels like it’s good quality. Not to mention a breeze to clean at the end of the day. The only thing I would say is a CON is the rose gold is VERY flashy and shiny and in your face and would look Nicer is it wasn’t so reflective and was a little more satin or matte but that’s okay for $15! ... show more

The movement is clearly marked as made in Japan but the case and band are made in China, the workmanship on both appears excellent. The back is a screw-down system with a crystal window so you can both see the movement and the made-in-Japan logo and serial number. The crown is a traditional 2-click for time and date plus press in to screw down. Sufficiently waterproof for daily use but not a dive watch. The rotating bezel only goes one way and will serve as a timer for 60 minutes and the crystal face is below the bezel for protection. The glow-in-the-dark indicators on the face work for about 10 hours. I wanted a no fuss watch and this fills the bill. I was tired of fooling with batteries etc.. ... show more

Visiting Hot Springs is one of my favorite Winter activities. I have a Samsung Active Watch 4 and didn't want to take it with me, even though it is considered waterproof. Too pricey of a watch to chance it being damaged at the hot springs. I found this watch, and after reading reviews, decided it would be the better option. Cheap enough not to worry about it getting ruined and reliable to work while in the hot water. I recommend it for any kind of water sport. Held up perfectly! ... show more

There’s nothing to dislike about this sweet watch! I work as a busy nurse and didn’t want to spend a lot on a “daily wear” workday watch- I’m hard on my watches so I’m not disappointed at all- simple, easy to read at a glance with the basic basics: day, date, time and seconds. I really like the background lighting for low light areas that displays with a press of the lower right hand button, and stays lit for approximately 5-6 seconds- not bad. The bezel of the watch is ever so slightly raised which gives a little bit of protection to the recessed watch face. Lastly the silicone-like band is flexible and the color is fun. I bought this watch purely for its water resistant qualities to wear during vacation on the beach, in the ocean and in the pool. It held up perfectly during the week and I got a lot of compliments on it! The white color will get dirty but the picture shows the top half cleans with a gentle cleaning wipe. The bottom half turned blue from a Jean jacket and didn’t come off, granted I didn’t attempt a lot of cleaning techniques to get it off. Overall, definitely recommend. ... show more

I purchased this watch in the middle of a summer camp season in 2022 after my 15-year-old Timex sports watch (Yes, 15 years old—so old that the model is no longer made) finally gave up the ghost. With its predecessor having survived everything from water to mud to bicycle crashes, I had high expectations for this one. So far everything is going well. The watch does have a 24 hour mode, which is essential for me, as well as an alarm, water resistance, and an attractive gold-coloured face plate. It has survived everything I have thrown at it so far, from waterskiing to 100-degree heat, to washing dishes in a commercial kitchen. Armitron got all the most important stuff right even in a shrinking market; the reason I did not give this a 5 star review was that this watch does have a few odd quirks that I have detailed below Pros: Excellent price Reasonably stylish Small, compact and light weight Water resistant (this does not mean fully waterproof; do NOT press the buttons underwater) 24 hour time and a serviceable backlight Shows no signs of wear even after 4 months heavy use. Cons: Display lacks some contrast compared to my old Timex While it allows you to set the year in its date readout, it does not do daylight savings time automatically—somewhat puzzling because I thought that was the point of setting the year. Cannot figure out how to swap the T2 auxiliary time zone into my primary time zone No count-down timer While the faceplate is gold, the band clip is silver. This is unimportant if you buy a silver one. The lettering on the front that reads “Armitron WR 330M” faded away within 4 days. Not quite as accurate as my old Timex—I lose about 1 minute per month, which is just ok ... show more

I’ve had this same watch before and it lasted 4 years! I regularly swim and workout with it on, and it’s never shown any sign of wearing down. The battery finally gave out recently, but after the durability and perfection of it, I just bought the exact same watch.
