This product works! I tried a few other razor bump creams and balms before and still was left with several small pimple like razor bumps. Once I started using this though, no bumps at all. I will say that it does cause a burning sensation when applied right after shaving but this goes away quickly and the irritation from shaving soothes.

I use this stuff RELIGIOUSLY. Let me preface that with this: YES, it stinks. YES, it burns (if you use it immediately after hair removal). If you can't handle that, then don't buy it. BUT! If you can handle that...this is WONDERFUL! I have had ingrown hairs and razor burn all my life. No matter what I do, I get it. I even got waxed and my sensitive skin was red for days! But let me tell you, discovering Tend Skin all those years ago has helped me tremendously. Not only does it help gt rid of razor burn, but it prevents ingrown hairs and kills any bacteria! Now, the roller ball doesn't always leave an even layer f the solution on my skin, but it's just as easy for me to go back over whatever I missed. I honestly could rave about this stuff all day long. Now if you aren't sure, I would suggest maybe finding a store to buy it at in case you don't like it. I've seen a few people mention that you can't return this to Amazon because it is highly flammable. I wouldn't know because I've never tried to return it, but if you are on the fence, find a Target and go buy it there. One last note I want to make is that this is also great because you can buy the large bottle of solution and refill the roller ball. This also makes it really great for travelling! Whenever I go on vacation I take it with me so I don't get any unexpected bikini bumps. Just remember that the roller ball container can leak so be sure to keep the lid it comes with (NOT the lid over the roller ball, the little one for the bottle that holds the solution-just don't throw it away when you get it). I've done this for every vacation and have never had a problem!

I have been using Tend Skin for about thirteen years. It is the only product I ever found that eliminated the unsightly red bumps on my neck. I have tender skin, and very coarse beard hair. Anyway, my review is specific to the roll on. For years, I used the normal bottle version, applied it to cotton, and dabbed that on my face. It was a bit wasteful, as the cotton retained much of the liquid, and it also would get through to my fingertips. They adapted, but at first, the skin was a bit irritated. The roll on is brilliant. Not only do I have one less thing to carry with me when traveling or staying at a friend's house for the night, but it's small enough to go in a carry-on on an airplane (under 3oz). The applicator ball distributes just the right amount and I would say that overall a bit of time is shaved (pardon the pun) off of my morning routine. I'm slightly confused as to the refillable part... I guess you just buy bottles and pour them in; it doesn't seem to be a cartridge-based system. I would wonder if, over time, the roller ball will begin to stick, or whether it could harbor bacteria as some types of plastic do. Also, while it's a minor issue, applying the old way with cotton tends to push the solution deeper into the skin, whereas this way it stays a bit more on the surface. However, after a week of use, I have noticed no reduction in results; it works just as well, just easier. Great job, Tend Skin, on innovating on an already perfect product!

The Tend skin product works great for my ingrown hairs and I like the roll-on option because it is an alcohol based product and I have eczema so I can’t put it on my hands or else it will burn. However it is very hard for it to actually roll and you have to press really hard for it to lather on

I seen this on tik tok for ingrown hairs and bumps. I was nervous to put this near bikini line. It worked great though. I haven’t had any bumps or ingrown hairs since I started using this. Be careful if you apply on bikini line, it can burn a little bit if you have razor bumps.

I’ve been using Tend Skin for a couple years to prevent ingrown hairs and I think it does help some. I bought this smaller roll-on version to use for traveling and the bottle was completely worthless. It did not roll on and instead just leaked everywhere. You’d be better off sticking with the regular bottle and using cotton balls to apply.
