Ordered two, 42" vanities. Products are excellent quality with a great finish coat of paint. Vanities where delivered in larger boxes packed very well unfortunately one of the vanities was damaged. Two of the drawer gliders were broken. Contacted customer service through Amazon and with in an hour I was told they would send replacements out. It took a week but the replacements arrived. We bought this vanity for a small bathroom renovation. It was perfect in size with a lot of storage. We found similar products but they did not have the storage options. Only complaint is that one corner was slightly damaged in shipping. It was not an big issue as it is hidden. Product is solid and sturdy. It was not hard to assemble. This is one solid, sturdy piece of furniture. I was pleasantly surprised that it comes mostly assembled and it really is nice looking. The soft close drawers are a really nice touch as well. It is quite a heavy delivery though - so make sure you've got some muscle to get it into your house because most freight shippers will only deliver to the front door. ... show more

The product is sturdy with many drawers. I didn't like that I can't take drawers out though. The biggest issue is a big scratch on the right door. A couple of other spots have uneven painting flaw, but most are on side of piece.

    • Problems with soft-close drawers
I have been using this vanity for almost a year, and I very much like the layout of the drawers and under sink cupboard. I also like how sturdy the vanity is; however, I do not like how the soft-close drawers function. This vanity was purchased as part of a complete bathroom remodel. A contractor installed it. When first using the vanity, I discovered that more than half of the drawers were difficult to open and, when shutting them, they did not close all of the way. After 4-5 months of trying to adjust the drawers with no noticeable improvement, I reached out to the merchant. The merchant requested that I make a video demonstrating the problem. Ultimately, I had to make multiple short videos demonstrating how each drawer operated because in trying to email the video file, I kept getting error messages that the file was too large. Eventually, the merchant concluded that the runners/gliders must be damaged. The merchant did promptly send replacement runners/glides for the 5 drawers that were not working properly. My husband had to then replace all of this hardware and attempt to reinstall the drawers, after which the drawers, for the most part, did work properly. In the 4-5 months since the runners/gliders were replaced, however, the drawers have come off of these runners/gliders multiple times, and then the soft-close feature does not work and the drawer does not close all of the way. My husband then has to fix the drawer again. It is frustrating to me that I never know when these drawers are not going to work properly. ... show more

I don’t usually write reviews but I am so pleased with this vanity. Nine drawers plus under sink storage. I used a vessel sink on top so that I would have more storage underneath the sink. The finish is beautiful I love love the legs on the vanity. I spent a couple of months searching for a vanity that had all the things I wanted. I’m not too crazy about the square knobs on the doors but these are easily changed. I used this vanity as a kitchen island for a month because the bathroom renovation was not ready it could be used like this if you add a top and a plain back. I ordered a quartz top Locally and got the vessel sink and faucet on Amazon. It was an excellent purchase for me. ... show more
