I love Ariats, wait let me say that again I love Ariat. I have worn every other brand of boot, as I own a farm they get put through the paces and used well. Mud, Water, Poop, Ice, Snow, Horses standing on my foot. My last pair lasted 2 years and I wore them till the bottoms wore out and the seams gave. If you will be on your feet all day, walking, running, jumping, you will be happy with your feet at the end of the day if you had a pair of Ariats on. My Justins boots make my feet hurt after just a few hours. I have super high arches and these have such awesome support, I pretty much only wear boots as finding anything comfortable for my feet is a challenge. This is the first pair of ropers I have owned. I love the height of this boot it keeps stuff out, ie hay, goat heads, water. This is a very pretty boot I get lots of complements, get asked if they are alligator. They did run a bit sloppy size wise. I always buy the same size but these are a bit big although a half size down would be too small. They are stiff and take some breaking in. So pretty think I will need a different pair for work. Beside a girl can never have too many boots! ... show more

    • Get a size smaller! Super comfortable boots!
I love these boots. I've gotten several pairs of Ariats, they're the most comfortable. Some important things to know: 1. I suggest a size smaller. I normally wear an 8.5M but after reading reviews suggesting to get a size smaller, I followed their advice and bought an 8M. The fit is perfect. 2. The heel is not very tall, it's a good height so you walk more evenly and not as much on your toes. I have a pair of Ariat Witchita boots with the pointy square toe and they are very tall and result in squished toes. These are not like that, they're great and feel like a small round-toe but with the dressier square toe look. 3. The upper leather seams are a little rough so to prevent a little chafing, I'd suggest wearing a good quality boot sock. I haven't found them to be uncomfortable, just that they rub a little bit during break-in. ... show more

I love these boots. They are sooo cool! These boots are sooo comfortable, cushiony inside and are made very well. I purchased them because they were leopard print, to compete barrels in. So far, I haven't wanted to get them dirty, so I'm wearing them when I get cleaned up, lol! Eventually they will be used for what I got them for, RIDING my horses in them. If you like different looks,a boot that can take a rough wear, and comfort and affordability, this is the boot for you! ... show more

Comfortable but runs large. Easy to put on. Toe box perfect. Right foot fits perfectly, left foot a quarter inch too big. Wore to a 4 hour event and left foot sloshed in the footbed. Very uncomfortable. I am literally giving them away. Got compliments, but not worth the money spent. Never buy from them again. ... show more
