I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with Ariat boots! Cheap cheap! Leather is missing color scratched really bad missing stones bottom of boots is cheap slick rubber! I think I am gonna go back to Justin’s!

The media could not be loaded. You would think spending almost 150$ on a pair of boots they’d at least give you a new pair, I received a used pair, notice in the video there’s hair all inside the boot and the heel part looks dark and dirty, it also looks like there’s a piece missing in the heel where there’s white. Boot fits good except in the heel, when I walk in them my heels slip out of their place which is why I believe someone removed the piece that goes there while trying the boots and I was given this. Wish they came new so they would fit properly ... show more
