These look good either for a night on the town, doing some work or whatever. I can even use these as sort of tactical boots - the tread is not there but compared to traditional cowboy boots, there is still enough anti-slip rubber to keep you safe.

i was on the verge of returning them but changed my mind. the boots would be prefect if they were wider. i know some boots out there have the option to choose from regular or wide. i wish these boots were wider. otherwise, they're comfortable and warm enough. im not sure if the material is supposed to deteriorate, but that's what's happening after only wearing them 10 or so times. that being said, it kinda looks like the material is supposed to look like it's deteriorating.

This is a really nice boot. They look great. My teenage daughter even likes them. As far as size goes they run a little large. I first ordered a pair in my usual size and they were so big they practically fell off my feet. I ordered half a size smaller and they fit good, except they are very long. Probably still a whole size too long. But I suppose that's the style of the shoe. It doesn't seem to affect wear-ability at all. Even though I got the wide size, at first they were a little tight across the ball of my foot, but within a day they stretched out and felt perfect. When they first arrived they looked nothing like the picture, just solid brown boots. But as they break in they get the creases and start to look more rugged. So far I like these boots very much.

These boots look great. Tight to put on and take off, not comfortable to walk or stand around in, the elastic and pull tabs are literally separating from the leather after less than a year, and they offer little to no traction. The leather has held up so so - more beat up than I'd expect over a few months of light use, but wears well and I get the impression it can take a lot more. Overall though, I wouldn't plan to treat these as long term work boots. More of a style piece.
