First of all, the formica coating is too thin and flimsy, too many little chips at the edges. My main complaint is that it is too difficult to assemble. I have been assembling Ikea items and items from other companies for many years, and this wadrobe is the most difficult. Manual instructions are not clear. Incorrect sequences when compared to the instructional video. Missing steps, missing stickers on the panels. Incorrect sticker numbers on the panels. Few parts missing. The wardrobe works… it’s really big! The assembly instructions are poor, the video is better. It’s not an easy assembly. You will need two people to assemble. Took me about 6 hours with my husband help for the last 2 hours. Due to assembly instructions I dropped it to 4 stars the other star was lost with customer service. Our delivery was less than ideal which in turn caused some scratching and imperfections to a couple of shelves. I contacted the seller with supporting photos about the damage to inform them of how their packaging faired for delivery, how their delivery company was handling their product, and that I would prefer a discount on the product since it arrived in damaged condition rather than replacing the damaged parts. The customer service seemed confused about why I was contacting them… with several messages back and forth in which I had to continually restate and share images of the product. Okay, so they finally understood what I was asking and that the discount would be applied and they would offer no further assistance or cover any other broken part of the wardrobe. I agreed to those terms since the wardrobe was already assembled and in use. Hmmmm…. I don’t feel valued as a customer…. Soo I was not completely satisfied with the product support or those who did business with me. That’s the reason for the 3 star review. ... show more

The item is made of cheap particle board. It is not worth the price being charged. The parts arrived broken. There is no phone number to get in touch with them. Only a help@meble email address. I had paid for assembly which was money I lost because the parts were broken. No compensation was offered. The replacement parts arrived were broken too. We had to make do. Extremely poor customer service designed to silence any complaints. Recommend do not buy anything from this company. ... show more
