Very easy to use/set up this controller. Love all the ports for ARGB and PWM, love the dual SATA power and the included remote. The controller itself lights up according to the color scheme you have your fans set to so that's a really nice touch if you decide to mount this in a visible place. High quality construction, the PWM/ARGB connectors fit easily and securely into place unlike some other controllers which are challenging to connect leads into. Great value for your money if you're looking for a hub with tons of inputs and can be controlled by remote (both LED and fans) or leave it in motherboard mode to keep your RGB software in control. Lastly, the magnets on the back of the controller are strong enough to keep the device attached to any metal surface on your case, something other controllers fail to do well.

This Controller is GREAT..... its exactly what i was looking for, I dont have RGB or ARGB headers on my MOBO you can use this without a motherboard PWM (4 pin speed control) connection but you have to control speed with the remote. and the controller works great for Color without an RGB Or ARGB Header so this can be stand alone if you like but you need 2 SATA power cables to hook up to it. it functions perfectly, and it looks good inside the case mirroring the fans, also its magnetic so it holds good

Update 20 Jan 26: The controller is working nicely. It was a real challenge to get the remote to work but once it did it worked flawlessly! I took off one star for the weak system board led connection. Cable management with ports on ALL sides makes the installation look rough but it works. I’d buy this again! 17 Jan 2025: Connections are solid, makes the case lighting look good! Remote didn’t work right out off the box. Cable management with this is a nightmare! I’m trying to resolve this with the manufacturer!

Finally, a fan hub that works independently and doesn't need extra software to function. Simple instructions and the provided remote makes for easy use. I have tried MANY different controllers, and none have worked out of the box as easily as this one. Can't beat the price either

Amazingly happy with such a techno-geek enlightening product that turns a non-RGB system into an RGB system. 15 year old Intel skull board turn movie server with an added RGBCPU fan and two RGBLED strips and the hub just hums away and does not need any RGB signal from the main board. It too, is RGB! It’s completely standalone in case you do not have an RGB main board. Multiple modes, modes with beautiful transitions Love It! Would absolutely recommend.

It's a good cheap controller although they sent me the wrong color but that could've been Amazon. Anyways it's working better than expected easy to install and fits in tight spaces . The red port is for the fan you want to clone so your only really controlling the one main fan and the others will do what the main fan does .you can skip plugging the controller into your front panel with the key hub it's not needed for it to work . brightness is a bit dull and the individual rgb leds stand out instead of blending together like when you plug directly into the headers on your motherboard.

This was purchased and used with the intention of escaping from the Corsair proprietary brand. Cons: Not much documentation. -It's very barebones, the pictures attached are the instructions. The remote control instructions are important! Thin, delicate connection wires. -I worry about these type of wires when it comes time to remove or connect them to motherboards. Pros: Extremely compact. -It's a singular small rectangle. Smaller than a modern cellphone. Fantastic connection placement. -The fan pwm is directly above the argb connection. It really saves space instead of having connections on opposing sides. A magnet instead of tape. -No sticky or cemented hub. Dual SATA. -Again I would prefer thicker wires but the dual SATA connectors allow my power through! Extremely high compatibility. -It recognizes most lighting software. Even open source! Great Price. -For what you get, this does seem perfectly priced. Tips: *If it is not working initially, tinker with the software used. *The control defaulted initially to controller mode > motherboard sync. Use the remote to change to controller < motherboard sync mode.
