I too had the same experience most everyone else had. This dual monitor mount is everything they say it is and much more. It was designed with a ton of thought behind it, so much so that there is a small tool holder that clamps to the base of the pole to hold the supplied allen wrenches needed to both build the mount, and also adjust it later on if needed. It was packaged well, and came with good directions...the only tip I would give is to open/remove the plastic/packaging as you need the parts because every part is identified with a single letter on the packaging that matches the directions/schematics to further simplify the initial build, to keep you from guessing what size screw or washer is being used at the time. I assure you that if you buy it, you won't be sorry!

The best thing about the Ares wind dual monitor mount is the design of it. It looks so cool! Love the little viewing windows in the arms, and the overall clean look of it. The cords are encased within the arms, and the included usb and usb cords built into the stand is a wonderful touch. The quality is amazing, the arms move around easily, so it’s very easy to adjust my monitors if I need to. It’s very sturdy once all assembled, and the pieces themselves feel durable. Does a great job at clearing up my desk and it just looks really cool. Assembly was very easy, and I like the attention to detail. Like the little screws to secure the components onto the base mount have protective plastic/rubber pieces on the ends of the screws so that the base mount doesn’t get scratched up. So, later down the line if I decide that I want to change the heights of my mounts, I wont have scratches all over that pole. I have it set up on a basic flexispot desk, and the clamp mount fits perfectly. I have 3 monitors, so the other one is on a single mount in a similar style from a different brand, but in black- I personally think the Ares Wing mount looks much cooler so I plan on switching it out with the single in the future. Totally worth its value for the quality and design of it. Very happy with it!

This is a very sturdy monitor arms. The installation was a bit tedious, but if you follow along with the instructions, it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. I have a single monitor arm from the same brand and it’s been working wonderfully. I actually replaced two single monitor mounts with this one to hold two 49” ultra-wide monitors. This dual monitor mount is much better because it can actually hold up the two monitors without the mount flexing and bending. The only thing is that this is a pretty pricey piece of hardware. It’s not cheap, but it’s a good investment if you need heavy duty mounts.

This is a newer type of VESA mount dual monitor stand that can handle wide and ultrawide monitors. You can mix and match your monitors (up to a point) so you can have a regular along with an ultrawide. It is hefty and solid feeling and that is what you want to trust your large monitors with! It came complete and was relatively easy to mount to the desk. The fine tuning comes when you need to add two monitors. Obviously, there are so many types and sizes - it took me a good 30 minutes to get it all set, angle, height, orientation, tightness, etc. To be expected. After set, it stayed in position and was also adjustable to a point. Too loose and it moves on it’;s own - too tight, you can not adjust it when you want. Overall, I am very happy with my stand and feel it will last for years.
