The cards are a thin durable plastic. I appreciate the fabric band that comes with this deck to hold the cards together. The plastic bag that comes with it is cheap and not worth keeping; it makes for wasted packaging. The illustrations and directions are helpful. The difficulty level of each exercise is clearly marked on the front of each card. I don’t like the cluttered design due to over labeling of the brand name on both the front & back of each card. However, I really enjoy doing these exercises!

Ease of use

After trying three times on their website (and denied every time) I found Arena Strength bands on Amazon I picked them because I cannot hold barbells or kettle balls or anything like that but I can hold the bands and work out thanks for an amazing product Arena Strength ❤️

Great for workouts with bands

I only gave the product 3 stars B/C the cards are very slippery. They are coated with a sort of plastic and they slide easily off the table. The instructions are fabulous and easy to read. But I don't like the coating they put on each card.
