I would have really liked these monitor arms if it weren't for the weird sag on the left side. I have taken this thing apart and reassembled these arms multiple times, trying to figure out why it is crooked. At first, I thought it was my tabletop, but after measuring, it is as level and flat as possible. I could have gotten something better for the price I paid for these arms. ... show more

I got this product from a friend as an old/used dual monitor mount. it works great and perfectly holds my 2 monitors. I was actually lacking a part (my friend forgot to give me) so i sent a request to Arctic Support with a request to purchase this missing part. Within a few days i got a response that they contacted the US representative and the part is already on its way to me. They did not charge me or even asked a single question. Not only that i recommend this product - i totally recommend this company. I'll definitely buy my next mounts from Arctic !! I bought 3 different monitor arms and I literally installed all 3 only to find out that they either could not fit both monitors and/or could not handle the weight. This particular are had a small base with 3 USB 2.0 outlets on it, so this was a plus! Since my desk was pushed into a wall, it was really difficult to install the arm especially knowing that the way it's manufactured forces you to install both monitors on the arm before putting it on the desk. You basically need another person to help you with it unlike the other brands that I easily installed on my own. Once everything is installed, it is SOLID and does not allow for any wobbling what so ever. I wanted to buy their Pro model that has the USB 3.0 outlets, but they were out of stock even on their website. ... show more
