Features

  • OPTIMISED FOR STATIC PRESSURE: Through high static pressure, the fan guarantees efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Suitable for use on heat sinks and radiators
  • STRONG COOLING PERFORMANCE: The performance of the P fans has been noticeably increased through numerous improvements, including upgraded engine technology and a newly developed fan design
  • 300 TO 2100 RPM: Thanks to the 4-pin connector, the fan speed can be controlled via PWM PST. This keeps noise to a minimum while at the same time ensuring maximum cooling performance
  • LOW INSTALLATION HEIGHT: The P12 Slim PWM PST has an installation height of only 15 mm, making it suitable for small form factor cases & for installations for which a 25 mm fan does not fit
  • TECHNICAL DATA: Fan speed: 3002100 RPM, Airflow: 71.53 m3/h/41.1 CFM, Noise Level: 0.3 Sone, Static Pressure: 1.45 mm/H2O, Pin: 4-pin

Description

Read more Ideal for small spaces Unlike standard 120 mm case fans with a thickness of 25 mm, the P12 Slim PWM PST has a mounting depth of only 15 mm. This makes it the ideal choice for Small Form Factor (SFF) builds. Corresponding screws for mounting on a radiator are already included. Optimised for high static pressure Because the fan design of the P12 Slim PWM PST is optimised for focused airflow, it generates high static pressure. The fan enables extremely efficient cooling and good airflow— even with increased air resistance. This makes the P12 Slim PWM PST particularly well-suited for use on concealed case intakes, dust filters, radiators, and generally in small cases that have little space for free airflow due to compactly placed hardware. Maximum quietness, minimum vibration The operating noise of the newly-developed ARCTIC motor is barely perceptible, even at the lowest speed. Thanks to its special magnetization, the motor of the P-fans generates no start-up jerks and only a fraction of the commutation vibrations of a conventional DC motor. As a result, there is far less vibration on the housing at different speeds and no need for rubber buffering or additional decoupling. Improved service life The new ARCTIC motor generates significantly less frictional heat than its predecessors and current competitor models. As a result, coil temperature is reduced by up to 20 degrees, quadrupling service life, while reduced frictional losses ensure more efficient operation. Read more 300 to 2100 rpm controlled via PWM PST With a wide speed range and innovative PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the P12 Slim PWM PST's fan speed can be controlled in sync with other fans. ARCTIC's PST fans come equipped with their own built-in daisy-chain solution, and, in addition to the plug-in connector, have another socket to which an additional fan or up to 4 other PST fans can be connected in series. High quality sleeve bearing Thanks to a combination of alloy and lubricant developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is minimized and greater efficiency is achieved. In addition to preventing lubricant loss, wear on the pin and sleeve is also reduced to a minimum. Less heat is developed, less bearing noise is generated and the life of the fan is extended significantly. 0dB mode - Zero rpm The speed of the P12 Slim PWM PST can be throttled down to a standstill via PWM. This allows efficient and silent PC operation in idle while guaranteeing maximum performance on demand. • Good for small cases with limited clearance
Style: Single
I have an MATX case and couldn't fit a finger between the intake fan and the end of my GPU. Supposedly this is not ideal for airflow so I thought I'd replace the normal fan with a slim. There is now a good bit more space and looking at the temps they do seem slightly lower. Should I ever feel the need to install one or more radiators and not buy a new case I would most likely use more slim fans. The ability to daisy chain is nice. The rest of my fans are a different brand and are powered with splitter cables. If I could get a do over I'd probably go with all Arctic fans and a cooler. One note, do not wrap the cable around the frame before installation. There is zero clearance between the corner of the frame and the screw hole and you will crush the power cable. ... show more

  • good budget fans
Style: Single
They're slightly cheaper than noctua, and pretty quiet. Easy install and I don't really notice them. Good buy.

  • You’re kidding me
Style: Single
Full blast and I can hardly hear them. Not even that much different than the full size big brother. If you’re short on space or like a minimalist look these are everything and a little more.

  • Almost one full year
Style: Single
Ordered on November 25, 2021. I purchased two of these fans November 25, 2021. As of October 1st 2022 they both still work....kinda. One fan so far is trouble free. The other fan is likely going out. The noise it makes as it comes to its end is horrible and best described like this. "An annoying vibrating sound grinding with components moving in the opposite direction without lubrication." I believe during that time it cost about $10.99 each. When both fans were running efficiently it was used to keep the computer radiator cool. The CPU maintained a temperature of 42 degrees celsius. Now its running an average of 53 degrees celsius when its not in use. ... show more

  • Perfect for Meshify C owners!
Style: Single
Let me get this out of the way first... If you have a Meshify C, this will fit the gap behind the front mesh WITHOUT modification. This makes it a perfect candidate for Meshify C owners who have long GPUs, an AIO cooler, and want a push/pull configuration (yes, all three of us). I have a Meshify C and an EVGA RTX 2080 Super FTW3 Hybrid (with 240mm AIO mod), which is a very long card. Having a 360mm AIO in the front meant I couldn't fit a standard 25mm wide fan in the middle of the radiator as it would not have enough clearance. These fans fixed that issue, leaving about 8mm of clearance between the fan and GPU. In addition to this, I was able to mount these as a push configuration RIGHT behind the front mesh. They don't interfere with the front mesh closing and require zero modification. If you want to get an idea of this modification, search for "O_DXoIhMdj0" on YouTube and it will take you to "Another EPIC Build Montage" by BtiWit. Skip to 4:55 to see how the standard 25mm fan is mounted externally and then at 5:46 to see how the front mesh is modified to fit the larger fans. With these fans, you will NOT need to do this modification. These fans fit here without any problems! If you want to mount these to a radiator, head on down to your local hardware store and get #6-32 x 7/8 screws and some washers. My local Home Depot only had 3/4" (too short) and 1" (too long), so I went with 1" and put three washers on each screw so they don't interfere with my radiator fins. Extremely happy with the results. I get push/pull, low temps, and a very quiet build. ... show more

  • Solid Fans
Style: Single
Great low profile fans. They work as additional intake fans for my specific set up so it was great that the back was black with no label to assist with the aesthetics of my build. Wires are a bit cheap but for the price, I can’t complain.

  • Wasn't really a good value for the money
Style: Single
I purchased two of these, I have a old liquid CPU cooler that mounts dual 120mm fans on either side to move air through the radiator but when I recently moved from my very old full tower case to a mid tower it didn't quite fit in the space allotted. So I bought a couple of these and replaced the two wider 120mm fans. I can't say that I'm was at all impressed. The airflow was anemic, putting it mildly. They barely moved enough air an honestly I wnt back to the stock Intel fan because it was keeping the CPU a lot cooler than my liquid unit with these installed. So I tested them in the case without the radiator and sure enough they don't move air with a tinkers damn. Honestly I was very disappointed. I can't really imagine an application where I would use these, I have another slim fan made by scythe I got some time ago and it works so much better it's not even funny. So won't be buying Artic fans again. Lesson learned. Sorry guys, quiet is great and all but if your not moving more air than a mouse breathing heavily your just not of much use as a cooling fan. ... show more
