Features

  • LGA1851 and LGA1700 CONTACT FRAME: Improved contact pressure distribution through Intel mounting frame for efficient heat transfer, thanks to even CPU contact surface
  • NATIVE AMD OFFSET MOUNTING: Optimized for the multi-die chiplet design of Ryzen processors - 5mm offset for optimal coverage of the CPU hotspot, resulting in more efficient heat transfer
  • ACTIVE COOLING OF THE VOLTAGE CONVERTERS: PWM-controlled VRM fan that additionally cools components in the base area, such as voltage converters
  • INTEGRATED CABLE MANAGEMENT: The PWM cables of the radiator fans are integrated into the jacket of the hoses, which means that only one visible cable is connected to the motherboard
  • LIMITED COMPATIBILITY WITH A FEW MOTHERBOARDS: Oversized coolers on the M.2_1 slot can lead to compatibility problems. An overview and solution is available in the technical data, in the manual and on the manufacturer's website. Please use the compatibility check

  • Fantastic AIO All around
I bought this AIO after seeing many reviews from youtube reviewers and this cooler coming up by users online after my Corsair 360 Capellix AIO pump went in smoke (literally). Item was quick to arrive and at unboxing, everything felt strong and sturdy. Installing was okay as the manual could have had more description as well as a physical copy, but was still easy to set-up. I will say this cooler definitely lives up to its name as a freezer, this has kept my 7900X3D nice and chill and even more so than my previous cooler. Plus this AIO is dead silent for me. i would highly recommend if you want a quality AIO that can handle the latest CPUs while having a great price behind it. Arctic seems to be a fantastic manufacturer and after using it I can see why. ... show more

  • quiet and impressive
Style: Liquid Freezer III 360
Just installed today after my nzxt x73 just stopped circulating the water. already rma'd that thing once before as well. Installing this with the included mx-6 paste has my 5950x running at less than 60c on a full multicore cinebench run @ 3.8-3.9ghz all core, and around 68c on single threaded cinebench. These are both with reasonable curves set for the fans and pump, erring on the side of it being quiet. I'm sure it would be even better at with a more aggressive curve. This is the first time I've seen my processor hit 4.9ghz on a single core since I got it in 2021, and that's without undervolting. I have never had temps this reasonable, I honestly chocked it up to the 5950x just being hot. I think the offset mounting really makes a difference, and the vrm cooler is a nice touch. My only complaint is that it is a little bit tricky to mount by yourself. It's very easy to push the backplate off when adding the bracket, and the spring tensioned two screw design isn't the simplest, but I did get it on without making a mess of the paste. The pump is essentially inaudible at 50% speed, and the fans at full speed are so much quieter than my x73 was. They do hit a lower peak rpm, but they are clearly moving the heat through the rad, which is also like twice as thick as the x73. I do sort of miss having a coolant temp reading, but hey, the less software the better. ... show more

  • Does a good job cooling my overclocked i7
Style: Liquid Freezer III 360
Wanted something that could cool a bit better than my deepcool lt720, this is one of the only ones on the market that can, and its extremely well priced compared to the rest of the market. Overall it was pretty easy to install. However, I dont like that it comes with its own contact frame that is required to be used, since I already had a thermalright contact frame that I honestly think is a bit better, since it fits more flush around the CPU itself. On top of that, theres only 2 points of contact for the cooler itself into their frame, which seems like too few. I would prefer if there were 4 points of contact for more even pressure on the cpu itself. All that said, it still took about 5 degrees off my peak temperatures, and its extremely quiet even at full load, so I would say this is a great product. Theres room for improvement though, and im sure we'll see it in the IV version. ... show more

  • Works great!
I replaced a DeepCool AK620 CPU Air Cooler with this because my Ryzen 5900x was reaching temps of 88-90 degrees. After installing this AIO my temps dropped to less than 70 degrees and seldom reaches 72 degrees. My CCD temps also dropped considerably. While playing Starfield, before CCD#0 would get above 90 degrees and now gets a max of 78 degrees. Big difference. I did a top mount and everything was easy to install as per Arctic's web site. I did let the cooler sit overnight with the radiator higher than the pump. Don't know if it helped or not but I did not experience any weird noises when I first powered on the system like I have seen reported. I left the fans and pumped wired as Arctic had it and adjusted my CPU fan curve as Arctic suggested in BIOS. Real quite and I really love it. ... show more

  • Solid AIO
Style: Liquid Freezer III 360
Great and affordable AIO. I idle at low 40s and game around mid 50s on a 7800X3D. The radiator is thick but I got it to fit in a Deepcool CH560. Mounting to AM5 is tricky, I had to get one screw barely started in order to get the second screw to catch properly. It’s a leaf spring design and keeps it really snug to the CPU. ... show more

  • An afternoon of frustration to install but years of enjoying it to follow.
Style: Liquid Freezer III 360
ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 AIO - I installed this on my nephews new PC we were building with a Ryzen 7900X. It works great and runs very quiet compare to the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE that I recently installed in my sons PC it was also a lot more delicate and difficult to install. The instructions are a guided website that is mostly pictures which as fine for 90% but in my opinion really needed a note to explain what to do with the VRM cable. It turns out it was for a VRM cooling fan and plugged into a standard fan header. The instructions for mounting the water block look as simple as put it in place and screw it down. It took us 45 minutes and smeared the thermal paste all over the place (I highly recommend a thermal paste guard/contact frame). The issue is the screws barely protrude and the spring mechanism points the slightly outward so getting 1 of them to just catch was hard enough but getting the 2nd 1 to catch took an uncomfortable amount of force pushing down on the block and screw to angle it correctly coupled with a lot of luck. I know this is to get even force on the block once it is installed but was so much more difficult than simple spring loaded screws like the Peerless Assassin had. The radiator took time due to a fan direction and getting around the case limitations but over all installed easily enough. the problem is the radiator fins are as soft as clay and get dinged up if ANYTHING even looked at them funny. I think the dings were mostly cosmetic and invisible behind the fans the front grill of the case but I was still annoyed and the Peerless Assassin finds were not nearly as fragile. in summary, the price was great (I payed $90 - wish I had spent another $20 for RGB), the installation was frustrating, but now that it is done I am quite happy because this thing is really quiet and the CPU stays cool. I expect my nephews PC will keep him gaming for years. ... show more
