This vest fits well and doesn't move around too much during running workouts. The sand bags make it is easily adjustable. Great addition to any home gym set up.

works great would but not recommend for sit-ups because you cant get the flat back and jumping with heavy weight can kill your knees. it great for standing works that don't have jumps, pull and pushups. Also purchase the shoulder pads because it can put some stress on your shoulders.

This vest being adjustable in weight was a great item to use to build up the strength in the legs that allowed a personal best in a half marathon. This vest fits great and can be adjusted to fit tight or loose depending on the workout demand
