This is a very good freezer. When we initially got it, it did not work correctly. I called the factory and they did all they could to resolve the problem. They have a local contractor do their warranty work. All is good, excellent customer service in my opinion.

I dislike the fact i paid 2000 and some odd dollars for a freezer just to get it with damages and no way to get anyone to handle the issue .never again will I order from this vendor again. The seems in the back are half glued just horrible for a new product and the door is not even in front .And at the top the metal is pushed out. Needed to replace an older commercial reach-in freezer. This Arctic Air unit had the same basic specifications as the older unit and the price was very affordable. After it was delivered and put into place, it cooled down rapidly and runs great.

The deliverers did not meet expectations. The orders for the freezer stated to “deliver through the door.” They were going to leave it on the outside of the door because it was on a pallet and was too tall to get in the door. They said that they could not touch it until I asked if I could pay them to bring it inside. At that point, they agreed to bring it in for the additional funds. A friend of mine was there and he said that I didn’t need to pay them anything else and asked them to leave. He and his 13-year-old son brought it inside. If he were not there, I would’ve had to pay them. I am female and over 65. There is no way I could have brought a 22 ft.³ freezer inside the door. They were Pilot deliverers. ... show more

Had a nice dent in the front lower panel when it arrived. Pounded out nicely without much effort. Compressor is rather loud compared to its refrigerator sibling. I do not know if that is a product of its function or an aberrancy. I put in some fiberglass insulation around the periphery of the condenser and it quited down some.
