What am amazing welder for the price. Only complaint is no wire speed control, but luckily it's mig so just use a good quality wire and it has no problem. For 10% of the price for a similar Lincoln or Miller, I'd buy this every time.

I have used this for wire feed welding with gas shielding. I picked up a 40cf ARCo2 cylinder on Amazon for about $200. Got solid copper .35 wire from harbor freight and it’s worked fine. One thing I will say, I was unable to run it above 80amps on the 110v adapter plug. I paid to have an electrician install a 50amp breaker and outlet. That cost me $150 in Arizona. Once I did that I could run it all the way up to 200 amp setting without any problems. I am new to welding and this has been a great machine to practice with. I have been welding 12ga practice coupons at 125 amps no problem and getting good quality results. This is a great machine as long as you are willing to make the investment in the right power and tools. Very happy and I think this will be great for the small projects I want to do around the house.

I hate flux welders, but this thing changed my mind. It's idiot proof, works amazing, and the price point can't get better. Arccaptain has me sold on budget friendly welding accessories, the first job I took it on paid for the welder and then some.

Very nice welder, looks very well made. My welder arrived in non working condition. A plug for the wire feed motor was disconnected. No big deal. I purchased this because I read it will weld to 160amps. But NOT AS A MIG WELDER. It will stick weld to 160amp with 220v input. Otherwise it’s 120amp max with 110v and only welds .197” thick steel. Also, you can’t adjust the wire speed. Overall, not very useful.

This thing is a beast. Welds like a champ, simple to use with one knob and a couple buttons once you get the temperature right it almost welds for you. Love it!

Awesome little welder, I've been welding for near 20yrs and my shop was impressed at how nicely it ran. I use it on a regular house plug. Short welds, it's awesome. If you need like a 12" long weld on 110, it ain't gonna do it. 220 it runs flawless. Pic shown is on 110v fluxcore .035 at 112 on the settings. Idk looks great to me. Bad side, idk if the torch lead is replaceable, be careful with it I guess. I'd def buy another one of these. It weighs as much as a gallon of milk or less, by feel.
