good for kids that are about 8-11,it is light weight, easy to fit in your trunk, 5 different speed modes, (i recommend speed mode 3) 5 battery life bars, with a screen, can go up to 27 downhill (my experience) also good for people not tall enough for the soleil01, great back suspension,the ebike is very quiet, the battery last long on mode 3 (16-18mph) powerful speed at the start (you will get used to) thats all!

My 10 year old son loves this bike- particularly for the suspension. Very easy setup, clear directions and accessible how to videos, quick shipping. Great power up steep hills, fun over speed bump size hills ect. Dirt roads and paved work well, gravel is ok. I’m sure one could upgrade the tires fairly easy to overcome any surface issues. Long lasting battery life -just make sure to follow directions on charging time. Enjoy !!

Update January 30, 2025: After a week of intense customer support interactions with Tuttio, I finally received a full refund for the price of the ARC-I. However, the process was arduous and involved a lot of back-and-forth over the return shipping and restocking fees. Despite the hassle, Tuttio eventually accepted my return and provided a complimentary return shipping label. While I appreciate their efforts, I’m hesitant to increase my review rating after such a frustrating experience. I purchased the ARC-I as a Christmas present for my 10-year-old son, who weighs 100 pounds. Regrettably, the bike is severely underpowered and incapable of anything beyond flat ground. Any attempt to climb results in the motor stalling out. I reached out to support, diligently following their instructions and providing video documentation, pictures, and even went above and beyond to meet their requests. However, their responses were dismissive, offering excuses for its inability to climb hills and dismissing it as a toy for children. Considering the significant investment of $800+ tax, I don’t make such purchases lightly. To add insult to injury, the seller informed me that I would have to pay $200 for return shipping. Moreover, due to its short ownership of over a week, the bike’s value has depreciated by another $120. They even attempted to use scare tactics, threatening to deduct further money if the bike didn’t appear in pristine condition. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
