If you purchase this fish tank please be aware that you purchase the correct filter replacement because the one listed on product info page is incorrect. You’ll actually need size x-small. (I learned this the hard way).The tank itself is good. The filter works great and it is VERY quiet…. So quiet in fact, every so often I have to check to make sure it’s even running. The only issue I have is the darn LED light. It uses 3 AAA batteries (or can be plugged in with a usb charger), the batteries drained in just two days when being left on for the day. There is a flimsy plastic piece that immediately broke which anchors the light to the top of the cheap plastic cover. I also have the top cover taped down because it doesn’t fit snug to the tank and slightly lifts up. The size and half-moon shape is perfect and is exactly what I hoped for. *update- I was able to contact the company through Amazon about the light. They never replied to my message, but they did send me a new replacement light included with wall adapter! Also, there was a letter of apology from the Koller-Craft company. Wonderful customer service :)

I've had similar versions of this tank for my beta fish and the filters would get noisier and noisier until they would eventually die, even when routinely replacing the cartridge filter. None of those issues with this kit. Highly recommended. I barley even know the filter pump is plugged in and it does a great job of keeping the water in the tank clean.

First tank came with a crack in it. It was relaced easily by seller. Got the 2nd tank up and running. Seems to work nicely.

New to fish tanks so was kinda tricky putting together. But it works great & the fish has not made any complaints.

This is the perfect size for my beta. The lights quit working after 2 weeks. Sometimes it will come on, sometimes it won't. When I try to turn it on I have 2 choices of colors, blue & green, if it does come on. It was perfect in the beginning, but now..........

Like the tank but the led light didn’t do well with batteries so we ordered the extra power cord and it worked for a while and then that stopped working too. Our fish enjoys the light in the tank so it would be nice if that kept working
