Second, I can’t believe I used to design my own waterfalls that were nice, but took forever to design and build and get the water to spill just right. It seems to work fine, but then the filter floats up to the top and the water pours out the back between our rocks and almost completely empties our pond. My husband is ready to return it, I have to repeatedly take the filter out to rinse it. We have reset it multiple times, added sand, made sure it is level. We don’t know how to fix this problem. We have probably refilled our pond at least a dozen times. It’s very frustrating.

The media could not be loaded. I already had a waterfall fountain in my pond but unlike this one, it didn’t light up. The fountain was super easy to install, the hardest thing I had to do was clear out about twenty pounds of overgrown water celerly that had taken over ever inch of the pond. My poor fish probably had no where to swim! But after that was done, I was able to put the fountain in. Excuse the broken plants for now. The how-to video on the product page is nicely done. There is no room for anybody to have to worry about making any mistakes. in fact, you may not need to watch the video at all but it's useful to make sure you know where to attach the included gasket. While I love the option of having different colors to choose from via the included remote, I have to say I hate tiny remotes. To me, they just mean clutter and the risk of losing or breaking. I had a similar remote that went to a different outdoor fountain and it promptly got knocked off the table unknown to me (probably by one of my cats) and it stayed on the ground in the elements for a few months. Needless to say it doesn't work anymore. So if I can give you any help at all, please label this remote so you know what it goes to and take it inside after you set up your fountain or at least put it inside a plastic baggie. I'm thinking of finding a little outdoor storage box I can use for fish food and the like. Please realize that this and all spillways work via the pump. That pump (unless solar) needs electricity. The added light feature on the spillway requires you to plug in the actual spillway. In other words the spillway light requires another plug in. I actually found an outdoor splitter on Amazon so I can share the extension cord. At first, I thought the remote didn't work. The default color of the spillway is a very pretty icy blue. In order to change colors, you need to remove the plastic tab from the remote and long press it until the spillway light goes out. Then simply press the on button and the ability to change the colors becomes available. The colors are very pretty and you can choose some patterns or just have a steady color. I like the gradual color changes and I put an old branch in front of the lights so I would only see the glow instead of the row of bright lights. The LED tube on the fountain is glass and glass does break so hopefully there won't be any mishaps. The only thing that can go wrong with this spillway is the light feature. Everything else about it good. The unit arrived in one piece and didn't require you to glue the parts together, the hose hole is located at the bottom where it should be, there is no crazy design to encite clogging and the size and design is convenient and easy to place. I do like the spillway, it's the fourth spillway I've purchased and probably my favorite one as of now. Overall I believe it's a good choice.

Nice all included water fall set, the pump has the power to supply a very nice stream of water for your pool or water feature, although I do wish the tube attachment was on the back of the waterfall instead of the side, making it harder to hide the tubing, this set works very well.

Absolutely beautiful Pond waterfall! This would work amazing for a pool too but I used it for our pond out back. My husband was able to have this setup and ready to use in no time. He said it was a pretty simple and straightforward installation as long as you follow the directions and you kind of know what you were doing. If you have no clue what you're doing you could always hire a trusted professional to help you out! Once everything is all installed there was no leaks and everything was super heavy duty well installed and you could tell that it would not fall apart or fall out of the spot it's supposed to be in. It matches up perfectly with the ad even down to the measurements so it was the perfect size that we thought it would be! Very high quality products. It does not feel cheap or easily breakable and I'm sure it will easily last for years to come. I love that it has the LED lights as well so you can change it to different colors it's absolutely stunning at night time! I cannot be any happier with this. Just be sure you review all the specs on it ahead of time to be sure it will work for you and as long as you do that you're good to go! Super user friendly process we did not have a single issue and everything is working perfect as it should. 10 out of 10 amazing quality product and a great value for your money

I added a waterfall to my backyard pond recently, and this kit made it super easy. Everything I needed was in the box—pump, tubing, stainless steel spillway, and even the LED lights with a remote. The pump is surprisingly strong for its size, and the pre-filter bag does a great job keeping debris out. The LED lighting adds a really cool vibe at night—kind of like a mini resort. Setup took maybe 20 minutes tops, and the stainless steel looks sleek and modern. No leakage. Definitely a step up from the plastic ones I’ve seen. For the price, it’s functional and a great deal if you want that relaxing water sound without going full pond guru.

Pump and waterfall was great, light was not. I had to order a replacement because the light died after 4 days. The replacement unit glitches after a heavy rain. The light "on" switch must be shielded from rain/water or it will short out. Strange for an outdoor product.
