The first time I got this in the mail, it had leaked everywhere, and was half gone. I immediately contacted Amazon, and I returned it and they sent me a new bottle. I was looking for something affordable and my hair dresser suggested this. I love this stuff, it protects my hair from heat and smoothes it.
