Bike broke within in the first 10mins of my daughter riding it. Wires came out of the housing. I contacted seller to help recommend a fix and have received for help. I request a refund but I have to some how ship it back before they will issue a refund. Bad customer service experience.

Everything went fine with shipping and assembly, but my son was playing on his bike and I guess one of the wire connections was bad, and underneath the “headlight” toward the ignition switch the wiring caught on fire. At first I thought it may be an issue with the battery, but it was a faulty wiring or cheap wiring issue. I’m going to reach out for a refund, because this was an issue with their choice or wiring, not my own assembly. Beware, maybe some other people haven’t had this issue but if I had not seen the flames inside his bike, he’s only 2 and it may have burned him had I not quickly removed him.
