I was pleasantly surprised to find that this refurbished watch was in outstanding near spotless condition. The battery health is at 98%. I received it four days ago. It does hold a charge for two days. The watchband is new. I noticed that Apple is not selling refurbished Apple Watch ultras. It makes me wonder if they are farming them out to Amazon. The reason I think this is a possibility is because it really looks like this watch has a new case and back panel and I’m thinking that Amazon is not keeping those kind of parts on hand. So perhaps Amazon is the designated reseller of ultras . Because of the titanium case, the watch looks heavy, but it actually lighter than you would expect. The only downside I would report is the watch came in a box that was a little bit too big and Inside the watch and the band were loose in a big plastic bag. But I am very pleased with the watch and as long as there are no problems during the 90 day warranty period . I plan on keeping it. My Apple Watch Series 4 lasted me five years. I hope for the same longevity for this item. One last thing… The quality of the microphones for phone calls seems to be top-notch. I’m so glad that I paid $500 to Amazon rather than $799 from Apple. ... show more

My anxiety was through the roof after reading some reviews and the watch delivery got changed, adding a few extra days shipping. Received watch with a black band instead of midnight blue! Battery health is max, no signs of a scratch. Excellent condition as described. I wonder what the good condition looks like. Worth the price! Saved money! Probably not a genuine charger, but I’ll buy a genuine one with accessories, I saved on a new watch price. Not one complaint, and would buy again. ... show more

Watch arrived in great shape. No scratches on the screen as far as I can tell and the body was really good too. The edge of the screen where the body meets the glass has a few imperfections however with apples design this is unavoidable with any use. The watch band appears to be a fake but that would be expected (I would really want a used one). The battery health is at 100% which being a year old either the pre owner didn’t use or it’s been replaced. Either way it’s functioning very well and I’m super happy with my purchase. ... show more

I received this with a black knock off band. Ended up getting partial refund and got several bands I wanted. The watch was in good shape. I did notice a scuff near where the band goes in on the bottom. I'm not sure if I did that or if it came that way. A hazard for these watching with changing out the bands all the time. The battery health was at 100% and it was as described. My only issue is that it does not connect to my hearing aids for accepting calls. But this is an apple issue and not the reseller of these. I purchased this Watch Ultra 1 to replace a Series 7 that hit the pavement during a bicycle crash late last summer. Just couldn't abide the screen scratches anymore. I've been using an Apple Watch of one sort or another since there was only one model. In all that time, the upgrades, while cool, have been incremental, at best. THIS Watch, on the other hand, seems like a genuine step up. Granted, even with a refurb, this is a chunk of change to lay out for an Apple Watch, but for me, at least, SO worth it. I can really feel the difference between the titanium and my old, aluminum model. Though it is a refurb, I ordered one that was in "excellent" condition and if they had told me it was brand new, I would never have known the difference. As far as my human eye can detect, the crystal and casing are flawless. And I really love the look of the titanium! The finish is much nicer in person than in pics. I liked it so much, I purchased a titanium dress band for nights on the town or whatever. I'll probably get a few funky colored ones, as well, since they're so easy to swap out. Battery health is at 99-percent, so I'm pretty happy about THAT, too! The extra-large, and bright, screen makes answering emails and texts a breeze. I wouldn't want to write a novel on the thing, but the Swipe keyboard is surprisingly easy to use and fairly accurate. It is noticeably heavier than my old Series 7, and this is only exacerbated by the addition of the titanium band, but it's not so heavy I won't get used to it in a day or two. There really is NOTHING about this Watch to not like (except perhaps the price). I know it'll seem like an antique in five years or less, but until then ... damn, baby! The Apple Watch itself came in excellent condition however the accessories did not. They give you a cheap battery to charge it in (USB type A, NOT a USB Type C charger) and the band itself they gave new was defective (missing the metal hinge that connects the band to the watch so the connection to the watch is not secure. The Apple Watch itself does meet the description they provided but you’ll need to purchase your own accessories to truly the full Apple Watch experience ... show more
