  • Great product for a great price!
When I first received this product, the watch was dead dead. It took a good couple hours for it to finally charge enough to be operational. After it was charged and fully updated, I have not had any issues with it. Maybe a slight issue with touch sensitivity on the screen, but it is inconsistent and doesn't cause any issues for me. Minor inconvenience at best. Shipping was quick. Price was solid, for being a refurbished. Quality was great. Compatible with my Iphone 14 and new IOS 26. The strap was a little large for me but I made it work. I have had an iWatch before, this was just an upgrade, but it is easy to use. Youtube is a great place to look at all the options you have for this watch. One thing I was excited about was the added temp vitals. It takes about 5 sleep cycles (in a row) for it to start giving you data, but it seems to be accurate. Heart rate and other vital recordings work perfectly. I have a better time using this watch than my prior iWatch. (I believe a 4 or 5?). For electronics, I typically purchase refurbished. Sometimes they can come in damaged and not functioning properly, but I have had no issues with this watch from this seller. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more

  • Pretty much perfect condition
Pleasantly surprised!! First time buying something refurbished where the model is more than a year old. Beside an almost unnoticeable ding on one of the edges, it is perfect. The battery health was at 100% which I didn’t think was possible!!! Super happy.

  • Refurbished “excellent condition”
I wanted an Apple watch, but I didn’t need a brand new one or the latest series. After doing research, an Apple watch series 8 was good enough for me (current series is 10). Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen was another option, but I wanted a keyboard to reply to messages. There are slight signs of wear. Battery health was at 89% when I got it. I do have to charge it everyday because I use it everyday, but battery life does last all day. No issues with functions, it works well and does what it’s suppose to. I’m happy with my watch and for the price I got it for. ... show more

  • Good, but not great
This is a good quality watch with a decent price. Is an older model but has lots of great features. Has some ware and tear. Battery life isn’t that great. I would still buy this again. Solid B+

  • Just as advertised great value and like new
Just as advertised, like new. Works great and barely any signs of use. Also has an extended return window just in case. Great quality and value.

  • Arrived in great, like-new condition.
Glad I purchased renewed/refurbished instead of brand new, saved a lot of money. Watch arrived in like new condition with a charging cord. Battery life capacity is 91% which is great. It charges slightly slower than the SE 2nd gen (but it has more features than the SE). Overall recommend.

  • Does not have fall detection capabilities.
Watch was in excellent condition. Really liked It, but bought it for fall protection. I thought Series 8 had it. No fault of seller. I am sending It back and ordered one with fall protection. I will let you know how the return works out.

  • Some issues... still deciding whether to return
Physical condition was totally fine in appearance, no scratches or anything. But things you should know: 1. The battery health shows max charge of 83%, which is not great. According to the Amazon Renewed info page, this falls short of the "Premium" and "Excellent" condition, placing it in the "Good" category if we only look at battery health metric. 2. The charging cable it came with is terrible, super cheap and takes ages to charge. It may be "good enough" to do in a pinch, but expecting to spend an additional $30 or so for a proper one (especially considering the limited battery capacity). 3. The ECG works on only about 1/10 attempts. The rest of the time it glitches out. Idk whether this issue is on Apple's end with an unreliable app, or whether the hardware supporting this feature is degraded on the device itself. I suspect the internals to measure this are fragile and susceptible to damage from drops. 4. Verizon customers, beware: I have been unable to connect cellular service (see image). Unclear whether this is an issue on Verizon's end, or if the "Renewing" process didn't also clear up associations with the device's IMEI number (i.e. it's already been bound to another carrier or something). I have an iPhone SE (3rd gen), which, according to both Apple and Verizon, should be fully compatible. Considering: Is it worth the hassle of returning this one and ordering another? How likely is it that the next one will be any better? ... show more
