My watch shipped to multiple places in Los Angeles then headed off to Minnesota where it sat for 3 days with a yellow exclamation point in the tracking info. FedEx said it was lost. Amazon said to hold tight and wait for projected arrival date. So I did. It finally arrived on the 7th day via 2-day FedEx as Amazon projected. I live just 2 hours from where it was shipped from in CA! So if your delivery is stalled, supposedly lost, hang on. It could be on a countrywide tour! Otherwise, the quality, packaging, and watch itself is like new. It came needing a full charge, which means leaving it on the charger for a couple of minutes before any sign of life. Once charged, the battery life lasted a full day and until the night. So no issue there. Very pleased with the purchase and the price is right. I went to 3 different carriers to get it turned on before I realized the cellular connection on the watch did not work it simply just wont connect I spent a whole week trying to get it to work going to Apple talking on the phone with them going into ATT AND T-MOBILE AND VERIZON and otp with tech support from t mobile and Verizon sent 2 days at at and t (of course I mean operational hours) and still when I asked for a partial refund they didn’t want to help I will be returning and trying back market or straight from Apple amazon should be ashamed having them on their platform ... show more

This watch was perfect for me. I had purchased a new one from Best Buy, but it did not have all the features I wanted. It was also about $200 more than this one. I decided to purchase this one because it had the features I wanted/needed, & the price point was perfect. I made an investment I was comfortable with knowing I would most likely want to update in about two years. This is my first Apple Watch, I’m on a learning curve & this is just right to meet my needs! The only thing I didn’t like about the watch is the fact that it’s white. I really wanted rose gold.     • Good Apple Watch for the Price!
I received the watch today and set up and syncing to my iPhone was easy - and I’m no tech nerd! The watch has a tutorial to help you get acquainted with the features and functions. This watch does not monitor for some things that I assumed it would such as sleep apnea, and there were messages that told you why they aren’t on this model. Newer versions have it. It looks good though and I’m able to receive and send text, receive notifications from my calendar and more! Charges quickly. I purchased a watch band and case separately, even though this came with one. It probably took me longer to resize and install the watch band than it did to set up the watch itself. I did but the 2 year warranty. I’ll come back after a few weeks to update if I discover anything helpful. ... show more

Bought for my wife and got this specific model because the heart scanning features and last models to have a blood oxygen sensor. Battery seems good, no scratches, and was in like new condition. Everything seems to be functioning as it should. Great price!

    • Great upgrade from my Series 4!
My Series 4 no longer held a charge for more than 12 hours. Just received my new Series 8 yesterday so haven't put it to a real test, but so far it's MUCH better than my previous i watch, and we got it for a good price.
