This isn't a long term review, but if anything changes I'll update it. As of now the watch is amazing. I see after one person mentioned presentation, that improved greatly with mine lol. Packaging aside, everything is working great, battery life is 100%. The entire watch looks and feels brand new from the apple store. The first day had me seriously concerned about the battery lasting though, but apparently the watch was just doing a lot of downloading and setting up in the background which was decreasing the battery by at least 20% per hour which I thought seemed nuts. After changing some settings and getting things set up efficiently plus the set up process finalizing, everything is perfect. Under normal circumstances it's been on for over an hour now with a few text alerts coming through etc. and battery is still 100%. At this rate it should last a solid amount of time. The apps on this are really cool. The health stuff like heart monitoring and blood oxygen levels are awesome to have. The workout apps are set up pretty nice as well. It would be nice if there were a better way to do updates and whatnot though than doing it via your iphones bluetooth. Like youtube reviews etc. mention it's sooooo slow. I thought something was wrong with the watch at first. Set up and downloading watchOS 10 take a solid 3-4 hours. The install is beyond slow doing it via bluetooth. Going through this thing with a fine tooth comb and getting every single app optimized for battery efficiency etc. took a good 12 plus hours and a ton of youtube videos all mentioning different little tips and tricks. Lots of troubleshooting occurred too. The complications on the watches face screen weren't functioning right which required to reset the location and privacy data in the phone plus a couple other steps. The watch was doing a lot of weird stuff that was destroying it's battery and wasting storage at rapid speeds. That's all just apple, nothing to do with it being renewed or the seller etc. They all run the same software in them regardless. Just being real about it, the set up process of this watch wasn't pleasant and kinda made me disappointed in the purchase initially but once I got that out of the way it's working incredibly well. Also this being a cellular version, you need to contact your carrier in advance and register this with them via the IMEI number from the phone's about section. You'll just get errors when trying to set up cellular prior to that. All in all though, the watch is great, and I love the design, especially how easy it is to switch out straps of whatever style or color you want. Those are much cheaper than I expected them to be as well so I immediately grabbed a handful of different options. Definitely recommend anyone interested in an apple watch to try this. It shows up in brand new condition, these only came out less than a year ago so even original parts are still very lightly used with a long life ahead of them. It’s a great watch but in order to count your steps you need to down load a pedometer to count them the band is comfortable enough its easy to use the quality is good haven’t worn in water to check if it’s waterproof yet it’s a little bit bulky for my wrist but it looks good. don’t let the “excellent” label fool you. the grading only takes the battery life & the physical look of the watch into account. my watch has connectivity issues & the microphone is completely broken. you cannot do exchanges.. so you have to send the watch back before getting a refund or new watch. which is really annoying bc i use my watch due to living alone & having health issues. so i use it as an emergency tool in case something happens & i don’t have my phone so i can call for help or it will detect if something happened & call for me. so very annoying that i have to go thru all of this to return a watch that should have never been sold w/ these issues. this is now my 5th refurbished watch from amazon in 1 year. 2 of them arrived w/ issues & i was sent an older, damaged watch. the other 2s batteries failed. so i ordered this one. & ofc. more issues. they also can refuse to refund you if they didn’t find any issues w/ the watch.. so that’s worrisome considering they didn’t find these issues w/ this watch before they sold it to me…do they not test out all of the features before selling them? i went to apple for help & they confirmed the microphone is broken. how does this get overlooked? it’s all very inconvenient. especially bc i live 45 min from a UPS store. so yeah. don’t think that you’re getting an “excellent” condition refurb just bc you paid more for it. make sure you take photos of the watch before you even use it. make sure you go thru all of the settings before you even put it on your wrist. make sure it works perfectly. has an above 80% battery life & that there are no problems before you’re put out days to weeks later when key features that you use your watch for don’t work & you have to spend money (especially w/ gas prices being so high) to drive over an hour & a half round trip to return a watch that should have never even been sold in the first place. ... show more

The watch itself is spotless. It looks like new so really nothing to complain about here. Also, the wristband looks as if it was new no scratches no signs of usage so all good on this side. The battery is acceptable as best. It has a 84% health which is OK and if you do a careful battery management, you can still get your 36 hours out of such a battery. What was really disappointing and not very Amazon-like is the very, very cheap charging cable that came with the watch it was so unreliable that charging was interrupted at least a dozen times during a full charge and each time the watch alerted me that it started charging, which especially at night was really a nuisance, so not overly excited and a little bit disappointed because I’m used other kind of quality from Amazon. I had to order a new charging cable which set me back $16 so the ,exceptional’ price of $ 179 ended up to be much closer to $ 200 and that is not really great because for 80 bucks more I could’ve gotten a brand new series 11 watch. I will most certainly not buy a refurbished iWatch Amazon again. ... show more

Was very hesitant to purchase a renewed product. I can honestly say that the quality is excellent just as described. Connected immediately with the phone with no problems whatsoever. Price wise this was the clear choice for me.
