Only good things to say re: seller and condition of watch! Bought for elderly mother to help if she falls mainly and I've been wearing it to learn before handing it over. Haven't tried fall feature yet, will update. I am less than thrilled with Apple's design of the product and accuracy of sleep monitor and tracking workouts. My comparison is to an older Fitbit. Apple shouldn't require that sleep monitor is tied into sleep schedule and alarm. Won't track naps or if you don't sleep when scheduled. If you turn off schedule, won't give REM, Deep, etc. details, just time asleep, if that. Also, doesn't automatically track when I'm walking/running for workout outdoors, can understand if it takes a few minutes to realize, but it seems not to register that I've been walking for 20 minutes, which by that time I don't see the point of tracking it. You can manually start tracking workout, but seems like Fitbit did this better. Logs steps and miles fine if that's all you need though. It reminds me of one of those baby chicken computers that kids got to have them get a sense of minding a real baby, have to constantly input things for it to work. Also, it seems to interfere with my phone ringing or alerting me to calls or texts, vibrating on my wrist if I'm lucky, or if I'm sleeping, not so lucky. Fitbit, though obviously did many fewer things, just logged stuff. The watch, while it's cool it monitors oxygen saturation, the software gives ranges that don't explain much. Maybe the paid version does better? Also, when I wear a headset to listen to music via watch, doesn't work. Headset during calls doesn't work and believe it's supposed to. Has to be charged pretty much daily. Constantly vibrating to stand, record thoughts, etc. I mean I can probably set it otherwise, but again, feels like I'm minding a computer baby. Sometimes the band that came with it and watch itself causes a rash. Good ideas, bad execution. For the problems, not sure if I would get one for myself. For my Mom, will just set up the basics. May meet your needs though, just my opinion. ... show more

Unexpectedly surprised. After reading thru reviews I was skeptical, but this watch far exceeded my expectations. Yes, it is refurbished. Yes, the first time you charge it, it only charges to roughly 80%. ALL Apple Watches do this, new or used. There was an Apple update that came out between the time I ordered the watch and the time it arrived. It was a HUGE update so it took a little over an hour. When I googled it, that’s how long this specific update takes for all watches, new or used. I ordered different bands because I like skinny bands and the watch charges to and has a battery life of 100%. When I’m extremely active (20k+ steps) the watch has to be charged after 24 hours. If I’m just lying around (a 5k step day) I can get 2 full days before needing to charge. I purchased the option without cellular. Other than the loose packing in the box, for what you pay you can’t beat this deal. ... show more

    • Functionality is all there but be prepared for some unexpected things

This watch was my third shot at trying to pick up an excellent condition renewed AW7 Stainless model. The first two times I went with other sellers and maybe I hit a bad luck streak but the first had 78% max capacity, the blood oxygen feature was disabled, case scuffs and scratches, and the charger ran hot enough that the watch stopped charging for being too warm. Its only redeeming factor was a perfect screen. I returned that one mainly due to the battery. The second one was supposed to arrive next day and never got any new shipping updates after it said it was out for delivery - I cancelled the order 24 hrs later. Here I am with this third try and I've decided to keep this. This one has some smaller scratches near one corner of the screen, and scuffing on the sides and the bottom of the case. The watch was also described as having the blue sport band but it arrived with a midnight one. The charger that came with this one also runs warm but the process didn't stop part way through. The battery has 86% capacity remaining which I was really happy to see. I got the watch set up with my cell carrier and everything functionality wise appears to be working great. ... show more

My apple watch series 7 with cellular and gps completely broke the back panel came off. I have had this apple watch for 3 yrs since 2022, and the apple store genius bar said they could not fix it I would need to buy another apple watch. I did not want to invest in a new upgraded watch since I have not upgraded my iphone as yet. I looked here and saw that AMAZON offered refurbished good and RENEWED. I decided to buy the RENEWED apple watch that stated looks like new and I must say I am SURPRISED that it works and looks new it came packaged well and with a charging cord. It is always a risk buying anything refurbished so I was not expecting much. I must say I am really happy I decided to go with the renewed refurbished no scratches no dents the band is new that it came with, I Paired it and waited 2 days to write my review. The key to sabing battery life is to put your watch on low battery it saves the battery I did that with my other apple watch. The reason why my other apple watch broke was due to me removing the bands every day and dropping the apple watch to many times. Lets see how long this one last. I decided not to change the bands everyday on this one and try not to drop it frequently. This should last until I get an iphone upgrade and watch.
