The watch itself its great love it for it to be my first Apple Watch it works well it had minimal scratches and a tiny crack i didn’t even notice until cleaning the screen, I do however wish the battery health was better than 81% but nonetheless a great watch I truly love I only give it 4 stars because it dies quicker due to the health. It fits nicely i love the charger works great. My Notifications are synced. It feels great i did change my band but thats just my personal preference, the screen display looks so good. ... show more

I ordered this watch listed as “Refurbished-Excellent” condition. When it arrived I was surprised to see what I thought were severe scratches above and below the watch face. It definitely did not meet excellent condition in my opinion. Upon cleaning the watch to put on a protective case, I found that the “scratches” I saw, were actually dirt and that the seller sent me a very dirty watch. I should have taken a picture before I cleaned it. There is only one actual scratch on the upper left corner. I would be leaving a 5 star review had the seller taken more care to fully clean the watch and present it as excellent condition as advertised before sending. Seller aside, the watch works well, paired easily with my phone, all functions work as they should. So far the charge lasts and has exceeded my expectation for a refurbished watch. ... show more

Unexpectedly surprised. After reading thru reviews I was skeptical, but this watch far exceeded my expectations. Yes, it is refurbished. Yes, the first time you charge it, it only charges to roughly 80%. ALL Apple Watches do this, new or used. There was an Apple update that came out between the time I ordered the watch and the time it arrived. It was a HUGE update so it took a little over an hour. When I googled it, that’s how long this specific update takes for all watches, new or used. I ordered different bands because I like skinny bands and the watch charges to and has a battery life of 100%. When I’m extremely active (20k+ steps) the watch has to be charged after 24 hours. If I’m just lying around (a 5k step day) I can get 2 full days before needing to charge. I purchased the option without cellular. Other than the loose packing in the box, for what you pay you can’t beat this deal. ... show more
