The Apple Watch 10 GPS + Cellular 46mm, in Jet Black Aluminum case that I purchased and received was perfectly fine and had no indication that it has been used. The Battery Health was shown to be 100% (see photo below). It has worked fine for the last 3 weeks. As advertised, it came with a charging cable and watch band. Watch came in perfect working condition. No scratches and easy to set up. I was worried that the face would be too large but it's not. Pictures show the watch on an 8" wrist. The band was a different color than expected - it's cream, not pink. But that's ok. Love it!
