Packaging doesn’t have Apple or Apple logo’s, but it works as advertised. I needed a new power/data cable to be able to record audio from an audio interface and not from an iPhones built in microphones. This cable worked perfectly allowing me to record myself playing a bass or guitar along with pre-recorded backing tracks without having to sync the video and audio in post. Some days this cable will charge my iphone and some days it won’t. It does not always recognize the phone even after I plug it in and out. I have plugged it in to various outlets and adapters and none seem to work with this cable consistently. My husband tried to charge his iPhone and ran into the same issues.
