Super cute dress for summer. No pockets though. For some reason, I thought it had pockets, but I guess I misunderstood? I got the black in a size medium. It is a perfect fit. Also nice and stretchy. I am a 36DD, 29 waist, 5'6 and 150lbs. It touches just to the top of my knee so if you are taller, it will probably be a little higher and if you are shorter, it may hit your knee or be right below your knee depending on how tall you are. It is very comfortable and the material is thick enough that there will not be lines and lightweight enough that I can wear it in the Texas summer. It is a great value for the price. Foe my fellow ladies in peril or or menopause - I am curved but also have a bit more around the waistline than I used to. Distress does a great job of camouflage. One note: It fits perfect without a bra as a 36 DD but is stretchy enough that a bra will not be uncomfortable and will probably create a little lift so that the waste prices a little higher and that will add even more to the slimming effect. ... show more

I love everything about this dress! The material is improved from the same dresses I bought several years ago. It’s so much better. Feels soft and doesn’t wrinkle at all. Fits really nice and looks flattering. It’s super comfortable and can be dressed up with a jean jacket or just casual for around the house. I wore this dress for the first time when I was leaving the hospital last week after kidney surgery. With stuff like this, it can be challenging to review - do you review it for what it is, or what it is supposed to be? For me, $24 is not super cheap. So while I am not expecting a lot, I am still expecting it to not look like it was super cheap. Unfortunately, my experience with this was classic disposable fashion. When I tried it on, I couldn't figure out what was going on with the way the top fit. I finally whipped out the tape measure and confirmed that one strap was more than 1/2" wider than the other. Enough so that the different widths were noticeable in the mirror and made one side look wonky at the armhole. So I am going to return it and try another one to see if that is a consistent issue or not. Because the navy color was very nice, the style was what I was looking for, and I can live with the fabric. (Based on the reported cotton percentage I expected something more jersey-like, but that's a good example of something I *would* shrug off because I had only paid $24 for it...). Bonus points to Amazon algorithm for warning me to buy a larger size! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am 5’8” and weigh 145 lbs. I usually wear a medium and based on other reviews I decided to buy a medium. I’m so happy that I did. The dress definitely fits true to size where the seam of the waist hits me in just right spot! In fact everything fits just right with the bodice being form fitted, the lower half swings nicely and hits me right at my knees. Perfect! The fabric is so soft with a nice sheen and the blue floral pattern is elegant which pops against the white background. And no worries about the fabric being see through as it has a nice thickness without feeling heavy. This dress can also be dressed up or down offering many different looks. This dress is lovely! The second I tried it on, I ordered it in a second color and now own both black and red. 1. I would not stress about the sizing too much. I'm 5'9 and ~200 lbs, 36D, and wear a size 10-12 depending on the cut of the clothing (I am pear-shaped). I ordered a medium and it fits well. I could have gone with the L, which would have given me a little more length, but I've currently gained some "quarantine weight" and wanted to go with the smaller size so it would fit me when (if?) I got back down to my smaller size. The length is short, but not unwearable, and the chest is filled but not spilling out. If you hold more of your weight in your chest/waist, you may want to size up. 2. The material is impressive quality for the price. It feels like a stretchy cotton material and doesn't show every bump and wrinkle through it. It also has enough weight so that the dress flare doesn't lift up. I've washed the dresses in hot water and hung to dry, and haven't had an issue with shrinkage or the colors bleeding. 3. The waist is a natural high waist, meaning it comes about 2-3 inches under the bra, around the lower third of your ribs (I'm tall with an average torso). 4. The dress style is really flexible, so you can add a cardigan/tights for fall or wear as is in the summer. It's also really comfortable. I don't find myself constantly pulling at the dress or fussing over it. All in all, this is a perfect easy sundress to add to your closet. I'm going to be purchasing more colors ASAP! ... show more
