I rarely rate or review my purchases but I had to rate this one. If I could give it no stars I would. I guess one star for having it delivered. It didn’t even last a week. I think this come with two cords which I didn’t think I’d run through so quickly. These cords do not work. The sound quality already sounds a little off but after a week, the audio completely shuts off mid music or just connects to my phone speakers. I can’t even get through 1 minute of a song before it starts happening. If you experience this, just know that it will only get worse. I’m heading to the Apple stir to purchase the official one that broke due to me being careless but I didn’t have an issue with other wise. I just figured there was a bang for my buck but it’s really a bust. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with these because you’ll be looking for alternatives in no time. ... show more

These worked better than any of the others I purchased!!! Other adaptors required constant attention and cut out the left or right side. These I just plug in and enjoy the audio without issue. I absolutely recommend this product. Cost a little more - But well worth it...

In my opinion, worst device offered for earbud connection to lightening supported apple device. Works well: NO CONSTANTLY STATIC. durability: they never worked without static and the lightening end broke off of the second connector w/in two uses. Ease of use: simple. Sound quality: worst ever poor quality. It might break off in ur Apple device. In my opinion very brittle and cheap. I’ve had Mac devices since 1995. And this little turd is the lowest of low. And the total ignorance on apples behalf is disturbing disappointing and the gall of them to think it can put this crap out there for their consumers and play stupid and be way over the top apologetic at the sales level. “ we are sooooo sorry this happened to you. We have been having issues in the production side of things but we are going to fix this and make it right.” So I ask for a refund. Reply: “I am sooooo sorry, no refunds. I mean even you said the product is broken. How can you return something that is broken?” I was given Macintosh stock for a gift in the nineties. One didn’t work out of the box, but my aux cord can be finicky. The other one worked just fine so I’m guessing it was a defect in the dongle. The one that works works great. Ordered it on a Thursday came by Saturday afternoon via USPS. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and a fraction of the price of what just one would cost at the AT&T store where I got my first one. Which got ruined because I was a smooth brain and left it in my pocket and put it through the wash. And even better this is a two pack want to keep in my car and want to keep in my room for less than AT&T.
