    • Work to reduce gas! Do NOT leak when used properly
Our LO had serious gas issues that improved overnight using these. For people who are having issues with leaks, they do NOT leak when used properly. Here is how we were able to troubleshoot leaking 1) Do NOT fill over the line. Not even a little. 2) Do NOT heat bottles with the anti-colic green thing inside and collar/nipple on. For us this meant taking off the nipple/collar to heat up prepped bottles. 3) Do NOT use "fast" or "steam" heating bottle warmer settings. I don't know why but if any of the above three rules are broken, milk will flow into the anti-colic green tube and leak a LOT. But if you stick to the above three rules, no leaks. ... show more

    • Best bottles for preemie babies!
My son was born at 24 weeks 6 days and these bottles help SO much with his reflux/gas issue. We’ve tried four brands of bottles and by far Dr. Brown’s is our favorite. Reflux is rare and gas is noticeably less painful for him when feeding from these bottles. We ordered 4 and one did have a leaking problem, but Handy Craft customer service was awesome and set us a replacement within a few days! After four months in the NICU, i’m making baby comfortable is a top priority, and Dr. Brown’s bottles have been a saving grace for us on the feeding front. ... show more

    • Tummy saver
These bottles saved my poor LO's tummy. She always had tummy aches and bad gas when she ate from other bottles. We tried everything! Boon, Avent, Tommee Tippee, Mam. All of them made her tummy hurt or immediately throw up after feeding. Since we have been doing these bottles she is a happier baby, no more spit up after feeding, still alot of gas but no more stomach aches.     • Helps with colic and doesn’t mess with breastfeeding
My baby used to be so much more gassy with different bottles. This one really did make a change. I was first unsure about the nipple shape. Honestly, it looks nothing like a breast to me. But it doesn’t cause any nipple confusion, and most importantly, it’s really slow flow. My other bottle also says “slow flow”, but there is a notable difference. ... show more

    • Good but hard to clean
These are the only bottles I have tried with my LO and he likes them but he is still rather gassy. I can’t say how they compare to other bottles so I didn’t take a star away for that reason - the pieces just have a lot of small holes which make them rather difficult to clean and makes me wonder if mold ever starts growing in them. Definitely wash these good and use those tiny blue brushes that come with them and sterilize regularly ... show more

    • Great bottles.
This bottle helped us so much with gas before our tongue tie release. We continue to use them. Although they’re great for that all the parts for cleaning if you use the colic valve is time consuming if you hand wash.

    • No Gas = Happy Baby!
My baby doesn't get a bottle often as he is entirely breast fed, but when he does, this is the only one that doesn't give him gas. As a new parent, our son's first gas attack was very scary for us because we had never heard him scream like that before. We have tried five different bottle brands, and Dr. Browns is the only one where I never have to worry about my baby having painful gas. It is perfect for traveling and my little guy has an easier time learning to hold it than any of the others we have tried. For our family, Dr. Browns bottles are the only bottle I will ever use.
