This charger has excellent magnetism. Since I use a ring holder on my phone I needed a mag charger that was as small as possible. This works great. Also because it’s simple, it’s great for traveling. Lord knows I need all this extra space in my suitcase I can get!

This charger is expensive, but it is the smallest diameter round charger I've seen, which matters, because the iPhone Pro camera 'appendage' rubs against the edge of the larger surface diameter magnetic chargers. Seems to take longer than a direct charger, and will get very warm during charging, but I guess that is normal. It will actually turn itself off when it gets too hot. This has not occured with normal charging, it only happened when I was charging and simultaneously using a certain app that heats up the iphone by itself; combined, it resulted in too much heat. This charging pad is a God send because my charging port broke last night, and so my phone would not charge. I figured since I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max that I could charge my phone with this product. I ordered it about 10pm and it arrived a little after 11am the very next day! When I put my phone on top it connected right away, and I was able to hold my phone and maneuver while the charger stayed in place as it is a magnet. At first it appeared to be charging a bit slow but once over 10% it ramped up on charging speed. I also noticed at first it was getting hot to the touch, and so I removed it from my phone for 5 minutes, put it back on and now it's no longer heating up. Love this and would highly recommend. Also, I would like to mention that I have a cracked back plate on my phone so I was nervous that this charger wouldn't work, but so thankful it did! ... show more
