The off brands just didn’t work, worked very slow or worked intermittently with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. With Apple devices I seem to have to bite the bullet and lay out the extra $$ to buy the OEM genuine Apple accessories. This works perfectly every time and it’s fast.     • Absolutely Outstanding Wireless Charger!
Over the 4th of July weekend I got caught in a massive rainstorm during a hike. I was quite relieved after making it out of the woods that my phone still worked (yes, I was that soaked) but upon getting back to the cabin I realized that I could no longer charge the device through the lightning port. Fortunately I was leaving the next day and my car has built-in wireless charging so I figured I was set! Unfortunately the wireless charging capability built into my vehicle couldn't charge the phone enough to come back from the dead so I had a 2.5 hour car ride with no audio and no phone. After getting home I ordered one of these and my phone charges quickly and reliably. I am even able to charge my phone in my car now because it has a USB-C port that I can plug the Magsafe charger into. Obviously I will be getting a new phone when the 16's come out so I have a working charging port but this will most definitely keep things working until that is released in October. ... show more

I've been using the Apple MagSafe Charger daily for a few months with my iPhone 14 Pro Max and 16 Pro Max, and overall, it's a solid accessory—especially if you're already deep in the Apple ecosystem. Pros: ✅ Strong magnetic connection. It clicks into place perfectly and stays aligned while charging. No more fiddling with exact placement like older wireless pads. ✅ Great for nightstands or desks. I use it next to my bed, and the magnetic alignment makes one-handed use super easy. ✅ Decent charge speed. Not as fast as a wired USB-C charger, but faster than most generic Qi pads (up to 15W with the right power brick). ✅ Clean, minimalist design. Typical Apple quality—feels premium, with a nice aluminum finish and durable cable. Cons: ⚠️ Needs a separate power adapter. Apple being Apple, you only get the charging puck. For full 15W charging, you must buy a 20W USB-C power brick separately. ⚠️ Not ideal for travel. The cable is built-in and not very long.
