Having two in the pack is perfect—one went straight to my desk and the other to my nightstand. I really like that the angled stand design lets me see notifications or watch a quick video while charging, instead of laying my phone flat. Setup is dead simple: plug in the included cable, drop your phone on the stand, and you’re done. My iPhone recognizes the charger right away, and it also worked with my Galaxy without fuss. Charging speed is about what I expect for a 10W stand—not blazing fast like MagSafe or a high-watt wired charger, but consistent and reliable for topping off throughout the day or overnight. The rubberized base keeps the stand from sliding, and the phone feels secure whether it’s charging in portrait or landscape. I also appreciate that the charging indicator light is subtle—bright enough to know it’s working, but not so harsh that it lights up the bedroom at night. These things ae wonderful. I have an I-phone and these chargers are great. I love the ease of use and the way the lights come on to show you things are working. Purchased some for home and condo plus for Christmas presents for in laws. No need to plug in phone and unplug simply put on the stand. Like how you can charge and still see screen on my desk so I can still use phone. Great product and great price. I have purchased several times and will continue as needed. If you do not put phone on in charger proper spot, light flashes to let you know. That simple, plug into old wall adaptor, place phone on it, light comes on, your good to go.     • Pay Attention to the Wall Plug
*UPDATE* The issue appears to be on my end. The units that weren’t working were plugged into the wall with white Apple cube chargers. I didn’t see it explicitly listed in the product description, but the Apple cube wall plugs don’t appear to supply enough juice for these chargers to work correctly/consistently. Once I swapped out the cubes with iPad charging blocks, my problems were solved and all units worked properly. *ORIGINAL POST* Got the new iPhone and figured I needed a wireless charger. This product had such great reviews that I didn’t think twice about the purchase. Turns out I was wrong! The first two were fantastic and are still working normally. Based on that experience, I decided everyone in the family needed one too. So I ordered five more. And that’s where the problems started. Three of the five worked for a few days and then promptly just stopped charging. I tried everything: swapping the wires among the units, using my own wires, changing the blocks I was using to plug into the wall, even restarting the phones. No dice. Sometimes the problem units would work for a few hours, but at the end of the day none of my troubleshooting efforts lasted. Bottom line? The quality is hit or miss. I felt like a hero getting these as surprise gifts, but instead I now have a problem on my hands that needs to get resolved. These charges have so much potential, and I really want them to live up to the glowing reviews, but based on my experience with several of these now, the bottom line is that there appears to be a decent chance that you’ll end up with a defective unit. ... show more
