Amazon will not accept a return, will not apply A-to Z Guarantee, and the seller- Tek Galaxy in NJ does not respond to any customer service calls (phone not picked up, VM is full, no listed email address on Amazon page despite instructions to email them). I went through full torubleshooting and nothing worked. DO NOT BUY THIS REFURBISHED KEYBOARD FROM THESE FAULTY SELLERS. I got it for the reasons I bought prior ones- appearance, functionality, ease of connection, battery life, etc. Just bite the bullet and buy a new one and not get stuck with a hunk of e-waste that cost me 54 dollars and an hour of my time trying to get a hold of a non-existent -or at least non-responsive- entity to fix it. ... show more

This keyboard arrived in excellent condition. Indistinguishable from a brand-new product. The build quality is exactly what you would expect from Apple: a solid aluminum body with a clean, premium finish and excellent overall construction. Key response is precise and comfortable, making long typing sessions easy and efficient. The sound profile is especially pleasant: it’s quiet enough to maintain focus and productivity, yet not completely silent or mushy like some low-quality keyboards. The media could not be loaded. Great, portable keyboard. Will (or at least the third one I bought) not connect to Bluetooth until plugged into a Lightning power source and turned on. Works very well, though its best carried in a towel or bag when traveling; dings and scratches appear easily. Have a lightning cable pre-purchased. Purchased first around 2 months ago, first on April 18th. Arrived without a lightning cable twice, and kept the third, gave up thinking it came without. Never received the lightning cable, but I just remembered now because my used Magic Mouse cable (stock) frayed and gave out. Writing my review a bit late, and I already have a Native Union replacement cable shipping from Amazon, but just deciding to write some quirks that come in the box If I can still get the weaved cable though, It’d make me even more happy.
