Connectivity includes 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, two USB 3.0 ports, two "Thunderbolt 2" ports, an HDMI port, an audio in/out port, and an SDXC card slot. I think the battery life could be better but who am I to tell I’m not even computer savvy, so maybe I am getting what it supposed to maybe five hours six hours at the most but other than that I’m completely happy with it except with Amazon’s customer service on this product so when I ordered this it was before prime day. They had it for a cheaper price. I asked them two separate guys. Yeah you get it for that price not the regular price so I went ahead and purchased it. I didn’t get the cheaper price supervisor admitted that they were at fault and they still wouldn’t do anything for me. ... show more

    • The OS provided on this product is useless for anything but the Web
This is updated from a previous review. DO NOT buy this refurbished laptop unless you wish to be unable to download Microsoft Office or Pages for Mac or upgrade to an OS version that can download them. This laptop came with some antiquated 11.0 Operating System that cannot accommodate most software programs. When you try to get Office or even a Mac program like Pages, a message will pop up that says you need 12.0 or 13.0 to be able to install it. Then if you try to upgrade to Monterey or another more recent Mac OS it will tell you it can't do that either. So you are stuck with a clunky and inferior Word-type program like Libre Office. I big-time regret buying this laptop and wish I had stuck with a Windows one, which I have always had. I got suckered by Mac aficionados who kept telling me how much I would loooooove having a Mac. It never occurred to me a refurbished version would come with an outdated OS that basically can't do anything or download anything except very basic stuff. Unless you have the money to buy a new Mac, don't. When you try to contact the seller, all they tell you is your warranty expired and you're out of luck. The problem is, there are things that you won't find out this laptop is unable to do until after 90 days. The only good thing I can say for this laptop is that, once you learn your way around which is difficult if you're a lifetime PC person, it's fast and functional and the camera and mic work fine for video purposes. I only use it for Web-based stuff. I still use my HP laptop for Word and other things this laptop can't do. I purchased this Mac so I wouldn't have to use the faulty HP anymore, but I still have to.
