Upon buying the product it worked okay, but you could tell something was wrong with the backlit keyboard and the battery charge. I let it go and used it for what I needed. Sometimes it would just shut off and take a while to turn back on. I then started to notice the charging on it wasn't working at all with other chargers and it would take forever to notice it was on charge. the battery would go quickly like 20 mins of normal use and it would be it when it says it should last over 8+ hours. When messaging the seller multiple times, you could tell they didn't give a crap about their customers just about getting their money. DON'T BUY THIS AND DO YOUR RESEARCH AND MAKE SURE YOU GET SOME PROTECTION AS THE SELLER IS ALREADY TRYING TO SCAM YOU WITH A DEFFECTIVE COMPUTER!! JUST BE CAREFUL!!!!! ... show more

Cosmetically, this laptop is great. Could pass as a brand new laptop honestly. This laptop even has 1 TB of storage (1,000 gb) so even more than was advertised! Guess I got lucky lol. Everything seems perfect but the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the fact that laptop is saying “battery needs service”. I checked the cycle count in the system and it only has 84 cycles which is very low for an older computer (Mac’s can go up to 1,000 cycles) so I plan on calibrating the battery because maybe there was a battery replacement but they just didn’t calibrate before selling? All in all everything seems perfect so far very smooth laptop. Will check back later to see if battery continues to operate smoothly. This is an older computer (2016 Mac) so proper battery replacement will not be cheap if needed😬. Apple no longer supports this model either (cutoff is 2017) so battery replacement would have to be a third party. ... show more

It works pretty good but I payed extra for the excellent condition and it has two keys that are scratched up, the shift key is wonky and doesn’t work sometimes and the battery goes bit too fast
