I can tell this company goes above and beyond by how they packaged my item. They gave me a pretty good condition laptop despite a few scratches and chips in the product that isn't noticeable unless you took your LED light and looked closely. They gave me a defective charger 100% out of commission which is pretty inconvenient. But over all I would recommend this company, they aren't perfect but its good and I seen way worse. I was worried about buying a refurbished laptop but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Works great I had some issues in the beginning with the charger boy working. I was sent a new charger and everything has been working well ever since

Received my computer and as soon as I got it charged and turned it on, it showed this notification for the battery. The computer itself is in okay condition but I find it a bit odd for the seller to okay a device knowing the battery is shot and that the customer will have to replace the battery right away. There really is not much to say about a Macbook that isn't already known. You're paying for an excellent quality product, maybe a little too much, but whether the computer is used or new they are gonna work well regardless. The one complaint is of course the magic keyboard. It is absolutely horrible but I usually find myself using my own mechanical keyboard the majority of the time so it's not such a big deal to me. Other than that, there is no shame in buying a refurbished/used macbook. It will work just as well as the new thing but you get the discounted price. I like to think of it as buying a car. People that buy new cars are daft fools since they are losing all that off-the-lot depreciation to satisfy their ego. The smart people buy 2-3 year old cars and that's why I never pay for brand new Apple products. ... show more
