    • “No corresponde al estado ‘Excelente’ anunciado”
Compré esta MacBook como “Reacondicionado – Excelente” el 29 de agosto. Entiendo que es un equipo reacondicionado, pero el estado real no corresponde en absoluto con esa descripción. La primera unidad tardó aproximadamente 15 días en llegar y llegó con la pantalla dañada, por lo que tuve que devolverla. Cerca de una semana después recibí la segunda unidad. Tras poco más de dos meses de uso, comenzaron los problemas graves: la batería dejó de funcionar correctamente. Actualmente, si la computadora no está conectada al cargador, se apaga, y con apenas 10 minutos de uso se sobrecalienta, lo que indica claramente una batería defectuosa. Tuve que comprar enfriadores externos para poder usarla, pero eso no es una solución aceptable para un producto vendido como “Excelente”. Normalmente no suelo escribir reseñas, pero esto es realmente inaceptable y considero importante advertir a otros compradores. There really is not much to say about a Macbook that isn't already known. You're paying for an excellent quality product, maybe a little too much, but whether the computer is used or new they are gonna work well regardless. The one complaint is of course the magic keyboard. It is absolutely horrible but I usually find myself using my own mechanical keyboard the majority of the time so it's not such a big deal to me. Other than that, there is no shame in buying a refurbished/used macbook. It will work just as well as the new thing but you get the discounted price. I like to think of it as buying a car. People that buy new cars are daft fools since they are losing all that off-the-lot depreciation to satisfy their ego. The smart people buy 2-3 year old cars and that's why I never pay for brand new Apple products. ... show more

    • Happy about the purchase, but not HAPPPPPY about the purchase.
I can tell this company goes above and beyond by how they packaged my item. They gave me a pretty good condition laptop despite a few scratches and chips in the product that isn't noticeable unless you took your LED light and looked closely. They gave me a defective charger 100% out of commission which is pretty inconvenient. But over all I would recommend this company, they aren't perfect but its good and I seen way worse.
