Bought this thinking I was getting a good deal. It’s sold through Amazon renewed but the company is tech4less. Terrible idea! Computer wouldn’t stay on unless plugged into charger, keyboard did not work, and it was logged into someone’s account and I had zero password access.

I ordered this laptop, and it was in excellent condition. Everything worked as was supposed to. It was not compatible with Garage Band though, and was not the right model for my daughter. I returned it and received excellent customer service with prompt refund.

I’ve always wanted a MacBook and last year I decided to go back to school and thought a MacBook would be better for school work since my Acer crashed not even a year after getting it. But a pre owned macbook is the cheapest way to go but it does seem that my battery dies quick and the screen seems to fall back like the hinge is sprung.
