So I ended up returning it and was going to go elsewhere for another one, but I received an email saying they would quickly send out another once I dropped off the first one at fedex. Bought this thinking I was getting a good deal. It’s sold through Amazon renewed but the company is tech4less. Terrible idea! Computer wouldn’t stay on unless plugged into charger, keyboard did not work, and it was logged into someone’s account and I had zero password access.
