We were sent a defective computer, which I’m really upset about because this was a Christmas gift for my husband. So, his gift doesn’t work. It doesn’t power on at all. I tried using the charger and cord that it came with and nothing. Then, to make sure it wasn’t just the power cord we were sent, I tried charging it with my own MacBook charger and still no power. The media could not be loaded. The reviews made it sketchy for me to joke what I was really getting into with my purchase . But I took a chance call it luck maybe ? But I have no issues with this MacBook Pro ! I purchased 2-27-26 . Received it let it charge for 3 hours because it came completely dead. There’s some scratches on the Apple logo and on the bottom but other than that I have no complaints!!!!!! Everything appears to be working amazingly !!! I didn’t get to try usb ports out yet ! I will definitely update with any issue . Oh did I forgot to mention I got my device next day! I love that it was an option !!! ... show more

Looks nice, is a bit beat up (scuffs and scratches on the top and a scratch on the screen) Battery life is surprisingly good. only major complaints is that the up arrow key does not work at all. not sure if its stuck or just broken. but it just doesn't work. No scratches, no internal issues, no weird sounds, just smooth performance and a beautiful, clean device. I’m honestly surprised at how well-kept it is. As excited and happy I was to receive this, I am so disappointed in this product. I bought this laptop for business. To carry to meet clients and have something small that is worth the travel and not having something so huge. Even though this is perfect, it arrived on time and the actual laptop is in amazing condition, the battery is not charging correctly. I have tried multiple outlets in the house along with even different chargers. It will charge up to 88% then it disconnects and starts dying to sometimes not even charging at all. I have an appointment with Apple already as on the screen, it is saying that the Power Source: Power adapter Battery is not charging. I called my friend who has this same exact Mac.. which she bought from the actual store and said that hers is now doing it as well but she has had hers for years. Needless to say, if they can't fix it, then this product will be returned unfortunately. I am bummed as this was my first Mac computer and also refurbished product to purchase. ... show more
