I had a 2021 16" MacBook Pro for 8 months as my primary work laptop and loved it, so towards the end of my role, I was on the lookout for the same model, and I stumbled across this Amazon Renewed Premium listing. And let me tell you, I'm really glad I did. The amount of value you get with this laptop is out of this world for the price. You're getting a powerful and fast laptop that is incredibly well-made and solid-feeling, with ample RAM and storage space, the best screen I've ever seen on a laptop (seriously, it's big, bright and 120Hz with vibrant colors, what more could you ask for?), and a great keyboard and trackpad. You can also open it with 1 finger, which is very convenient and something that a lot of Windows laptops fail at. Additionally, I've found MacOS to be a pleasure to use due to its speed, animations and lack of bugs. My laptop arrived in flawless condition with 100% battery capacity, so I'm guessing this unit was a corporate laptop that was purchased by the company but never allocated. I'm absolutely over the moon about this laptop, it's the best laptop I've ever used by far, and $829 is an unbelievable price for it. Came very thoroughly cleaned. Shiny MacBook. I don't see any visible scratches unless you look very closely to certain parts. 100% battery capacity, 100 cycles, works flawlessly, clean keyboard. Very satisfied with the product, The Battery is 100% and 0 Cycles, the charger is really good, almost brand new with almost no scratches, I just counted one so far but is almost imperceptible when you see it, really happy about the price and everything that this computer brings it to me.

The media could not be loaded. Almost perfect condition Battery: 100% health, 0 battery cycles External body: minor scratches and wear near ports, not noticeable from normal viewing distance Cons: Key defect: spacebar key worked but it was sticky, confirmed issue with Apple. Apple was willing to replace the key for free but damages during repair(if any) wouldn’t have be covered so I returned the laptop to the seller(Techdeals4less). Return process: Free shipping via UPS, took a week to deliver back to them, refund issued next day after delivery. I wanted to replace the product instead of returning but Amazon didn’t have that option so I have ordered the same one again. I've bought 2 of these computers from this seller. Unfortunately I spilled coffee on my first one and my ASURION coverage was unable to repair it leading me to buy another one, this one. I'll briefly review the 1st one and then my new one. 1st one: It had very few scratches but one pretty bad ding on the top lid. I ended up buying a skin to cover it up because it was visually pretty noticeable and it ended up covering up nicely. The battery health was at 93% which I thought was great and I was very happy about. It came with an off brand charging brick and type c charger. It performed and functioned as I would expect a brand new one to. I was pretty pleased with my 1st purchase. 2nd one: It has quite a few more scratches than the first one and one pretty bad dent where the hinges are (the pictures don't show it too well). The battery came with 91% health which is decent but I was hoping for a little better as I had read many reviews where other customers came with 100% battery health or at least closer to. This one did come with a legit 140W apple charging brick and magsafe cable which I was is great. All in all for the price I'm fairly pleased with my new purchase so far but being a renewed "PREMIUM" product I was hoping and expecting a little better.
